Mini collage from the cycle 🚴🏾‍♀️…. bar event @cyclebarcolumbiapike

Had such a fun time at the event!! Just wanted to update you on some of the products I’ve tried.

@pure_vara : 10/10 ⭐️ for the shower steamer 🚿 !! I was lucky enough to get 2!! My mom had a cold and used one and then I used one when I was on my period (boo 👻 !!).. anyways 🤭 it really helped me calm down and do some well needed self-care for myself for SURE

@beekeepers_naturals I added to my water for additional vitamin c because who doesn’t need more vitamins when you’re on your period and I’ll give it a 8/10 ⭐️ because I DID feel more energized and mixed it into my water (which I normally add a little 🔟 calorie low sugar ice tea packet)

@lairdsuperfood was such a yummy surprise!! 8/10 ⭐️ I really enjoyed the chocolate mint because it tasted like a healthier version of Thin Mints 😍 which I 100% LOVE!! The dark chocolate flavor was really good too! I didn’t know what id think but tbh I’d but it again 🫪

I’m thinking of making a video for the focus kind patches we got.. so I will definitely let you know if I find it effective 👀 (might be a post or maybe I’ll forget we shall see lalala byeee 👋🏾🤭)

How to use a shower steamer 🤍
Place your @pure_vara steamer on the floor of your shower, just outside direct water.
Let the steam activate it and release the aroma as you shower.
Breathe in. Slow down. Reset. 🌿
Small Rituals. Big Relief.
