#PureEncapsulationsPartner 🧡 This gluten free pumpkin bread is perfectly moist, has the right amount of spice, and is topped with the dreamiest dairy free cream cheese frosting! I've also added a very special ingredient 😉 I've added @pureencapsulations Magnesium Powder which supports heart health, bone health, a health mood, and a healthy metabolism‡(link in bio) It can be hard to get enough magnesium from food alone, so supplementing it is a great option! Definitely save this delicious pumpkin bread recipe to make the next time you have a fall baking day 🍁✨️ Ingredients: • 1 3/4 cup gluten free 1:1 baking flour • 1/2 cup almond flour(can sub oat flour) • 1/3 cup granulated monk fruit • 2/3 cup coconut sugar • 1 15oz can pumpkin puree(not pumpkin pie filling) • 1/4 cup maple syrup • 4 scoops Pure Encapsulations Magnesium Powder • 1/2 cup avocado oil • 3 tsp pumpkin spice • 2 tsp cinnamon • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp baking soda • 2 tsp vanilla extract For the Dairy Free Maple Cream Cheese Frosting: • 1/4 cup dairy free butter • 1/3 cup dairy free cream cheese • 3/4 cup powdered monkfruit • 2 tbsp maple syrup(room temp) • 1 tsp vanilla extract Directions: 1) In a bowl, whisk together the gluten free baking flour, almond or oat flour, monk fruit, coconut sugar, Pure Encapsulations Magnesium Powder, baking soda, baking powder, and spices. Whisk the ingredients well. 2) In a separate bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, avocado oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. 3) Combine the wet and dry ingredients then mix well but try not to overnight. 4) Add the pumpkin bread batter to a lined loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5-10 minutes. Let the bread cool completely before frosting. 5) Make the cream cheese frosting by first beating the dairy free cream cheese and butter with a hand mixer. Slowly add in the powdered monk fruit, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. 6) Add the cream cheese frosting on top of the pumpkin bread and spread out evenly. 7) Place in the fridge for 30 minutes so the frosting can set and then enjoy. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 1 we

💊 Multivitamins are a must in my family! Our food system has changed so much in just the last few decades making it is easier than you think to be deficient in certain vitamins and minerals even with a healthy diet (in my opinion). This is why a quality multivitamin can help fill nutrient gaps and support overall health! 💪 👀 But the caveat…not all multivitamins are created equal! If I am going to take a supplement daily, I want to make sure I am getting the absolute best qualitiy of nutrients while taking the least amount of pills daily! 🙋‍♀️ So I did my research and these are the two multivitamins that I buy for my family and that we take consistently: 💊 O.N.E. Multivitamin by @pureencapsulations ✅ Convenient Dosing: 1 capsule per day ✅ Bioavailable Nutrients: essential vitamins in easily absorbable or active forms, including Metafolin® L-5-MTHF (the naturally occurring, universally metabolized form of folate) ✅ Antioxidant & Cellular Support: Includes Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10)—along with alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) and lycopene. ✅ Cognitive & Neural Support: Contains choline and inositol to help promote healthy neuronal and brain function. ✅ Eye & Vision Health: Added lutein and zeaxanthin support retinal and macular health. 💊 @drmercola Children’s Chewable Multivitamin ✅ Nutrient Profile: Includes 28 vitamins and minerals (more than most + active folate) to support growth, immunity, and overall wellness. ✅ Zinc+Copper: supports trace mineral balance. ✅ Whole-Food Iodine: Provides 15 mcg of Iodine supporting baseline thyroid function ✅ Methylated Vitamin B12: Uses Methylcobalamin instead of synthetic cyanocobalamin for easier absorption ✅ Iron-Free Formulation: eliminates the risk of accidental iron overdose in young children. ✅ Sugar-Free : Contains 0g of sugar per serving, sweetened with xylitol, mannitol, and organic stevia 👉 If you’re interested in trying these supplements for yourself or family, comment “multivitamin” and I will send you a link to my Fullscript storefront along with a special discount 😉 #multivitamin #supplements #longevity #optimalhealth #kidhealth *For educational purposes only. SLOW DOWN WITH ME BEFORE BEDTIME — a short [Cue calming music.] I don’t need a perfect bedtime routine. I just need to make the effort. [Humidifier on. Boil my water. Magnesium drink. Vitamins and minerals.] Turn down service. [Picks up book. Settles in.] And a good book. That’s enough for me this evening. GOODNIGHT 🌙

I wasn’t worried about growing longer hair. I was worried about how much more I was going to lose. 🥺❤️‍🩹 In 2022, my hair was falling out and I had no idea when it would stop. My bloodwork didn’t explain it and I already lived a healthy lifestyle. So I got consistent with a routine that focused on both how I nourished my body and how I cared for my hair. Years later, you can see the difference. 🙏🏼 These are some of the products I used along the way! ➡️ Comment HAIR and I’ll DM you my hair care Amazon list with some of these products and more! 🙋🏼‍♀️ Follow for the details: my oiling routine, everyday hair habits, and more from my recovery journey. I recommend getting bloodwork done and consulting with a care provider before purchasing or taking any supplements. 🩷 This journey was about 4 years but the first b&a pic was a 3 year difference fyi. 🤗 #hairlosstreatment #hairgrowth #hairlossremedy #haircare #hairgoals

A little supplement restock 🌿💊 Here’s what I’ve been incorporating into my routine and what the research actually says about their benefits. ✨ Polyphenols: Plant compounds with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Research suggests they may help support gut microbiome diversity and influence inflammatory pathways. Human evidence varies depending on the specific polyphenol and dose. 🍽️ How to take: With meals is a practical option, especially for better tolerability and if it contains other vitamins which require meals for better absorption. ✨ L-Glutamine: An amino acid that serves as an important energy source for intestinal cells and helps maintain the intestinal barrier. 🍽️ How to take: With or without food! ✨ Magnesium Glycinate: Magnesium supports normal muscle and nerve function, energy metabolism, and healthy nervous system regulation. Supplementation may improve sleep quality in some individuals, particularly those with inadequate magnesium intake. It can be taken with or without meals in terms of Magnesium Glycinate, however, best to be taken with meals for individuals with sensitive stomach. A reminder: Supplements should complement a nutrient-dense diet, not replace one. More isn’t always better, and individual needs matter. 🤍 #SupplementRoutine #EvidenceBasedWellness #GutHealth #MagnesiumGlycinate #pureencasulations
