⭐️ Speaker Spotlight 🎤 Martha-Marie Edwards is a master esthetician, educator, and founder of @PureGlowSkinRefinery with over 25 years of experience helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through a unique blend of holistic and medical aesthetics. She has trained with facial massage experts around the world and worked with celebrity, high-profile clients. @martha_marie_thefacialist is known for her results-driven approach and as the creator of the Buccal Sculpting Facelift™. She is a sought-after speaker who educates estheticians nationwide on advanced skincare techniques and skin health. As an NPC wellness competitor herself, Martha-Marie has developed a special passion for helping female athletes understand how training, nutrition, stress, hormones, and competition prep impact their skin. Her work focuses heavily on perimenopause, menopause, and the unique challenges women face as their skin changes throughout different stages of life. Her mission is to help women look and feel their best by understanding what their skin is telling them about their body and create lasting, transformative results from the inside out. The good news is — the foundation of skin health & age management starts with diet and exercise! She’ll be discussing the importance of a skincare routine in prep and some of the common skin issues she sees — like breakouts, fungal outbreak, loss of facial volume and jaw clenching/TMJ and how to correct them. You can still sign up for the workshop via the link in bio! 🔗 #CompetitionPrep #SkinCare
