6:30 AM. While the world is sleeping, I'm working on my dreams! 🏀🔥

Big thank you to Coach Donte for getting in the gym with me at 6:30 in the morning and helping me sharpen my basketball skills. Every workout, every correction, and every rep is helping me become a better player.

Huge thanks to my Mom and Dad for always believing in me, making sacrifices, and giving me the opportunity to chase my dreams.

And thank you to Coach Justin from Pure Joy and Coach Anthony from Pasadena Elite for pushing me, challenging me, and helping me take my game to another level.

I know I'm not where I want to be yet, but I'm not where I was yesterday either. 💯

I'm not looking for shortcuts. I know nothing is going to be handed to me. I have to EARN IT!

Brick by brick. Rep by rep. Day by day. 🧱

I'm going to keep showing up, keep learning, keep working, and most importantly, KEEP STACKING THESE DAYS!

One day, all these early mornings and hours in the gym are going to add up to something special.

The goal isn't to be better than everyone else today. It's to be better than I was yesterday.

🏀 THE WORK DOESN'T STOP. I'M JUST GETTING STARTED!

🏀 DAY 6 & 7 | 1,000 SHOTS IN ONE NIGHT 😤🔥

I missed two days of my 500 Shots Every Day Challenge, so instead of making excuses, I made up the reps.

1,000 SHOTS.
10 SPOTS.
100 SHOTS FROM EACH SPOT.
And I was in the gym until MIDNIGHT. 🌙🏀

The result?

🔥 694/1,000 MADE
📊 69.4% OVERALL
🎯 Lowest Spot: 66%
🚀 Highest Spot: 81%

My original goal when I started this challenge was 60% or better from EVERY spot.

GOAL ACHIEVED. ✅

Every single spot was 66% or higher.

But we're not stopping there.

🎯 NEW GOAL: 70%+ FROM ALL 10 SPOTS.

I was only 6 makes away from averaging 70% overall, so we're CLOSE.

Now I'm putting up ANOTHER 1,000 SHOTS TODAY. 😤

Let's see what happens when the reps start stacking up.

Follow my full journey on YouTube and watch the numbers change.

Missed the days. Didn't miss the reps. 💯

🏀 500 SHOTS. EVERY DAY.

No shortcuts. No excuses. Just putting in the work and tracking every single shot.

I'm documenting the entire journey on YouTube—from the good days to the bad days, the hot streaks, the slumps, and everything in between. The goal isn't to be perfect today... it's to become a better shooter one day at a time.

If you want to see what happens when someone commits to 500 game-speed shots every day, come follow the journey.

🏀 500 SHOTS A DAY | DAY 4 🏀

The goal is simple: GET BETTER.

Every day I’m putting up 500 shots from 10 different spots and tracking every single make and miss.

🔥 DAY 4 RESULTS:
500 Shots
323 Makes
64.6% Overall

And today was my BEST DAY YET! 🚀

I hit 88% from the free-throw line, 82% from the left corner, 78% from the right wing, and 70% from the right corner.

But I’m not chasing one good day. I’m chasing consistency.

🎯 First goal: 60% from EVERY spot
➡️ Then: 70% from EVERY spot
➡️ Then we keep raising the standard.

I’m documenting the good days, bad days, makes, misses, and everything in between to see what happens when you commit to the work EVERY DAY.

🏀 730-Day Dunk Challenge | Episode 3

Hard work is starting to show. 💪

Just a few days ago, my standing vertical was 18.8 inches.

Today? New PR: 20.8 inches. 📈🔥

That's a 2-inch increase from Saturday to today—but it didn't happen by accident.

This week's work:
✅ 4 Plyometric Sessions
🏀 Basketball Training with Coach Justin Griffin (PureJoy)
🏀 Basketball Training with Coach Donte Whitherspoon
🏀 Open Run in Pasadena

The goal hasn't changed:

Dunk on a 10-foot rim before I start 9th grade.

This journey isn't about getting results overnight. It's about showing up every day, staying disciplined, and trusting the process. Every workout gets me one step closer.

Think I'll dunk before 9th grade? Let me know in the comments! 👇

🎥 Episode 3 is now live on YouTube! Subscribe and follow the journey from Day 1 until the first dunk.

726 days to go... 👀🏀

The game brings people together… but the relationships last a lifetime.

Years ago, we shared the court as professional teammates.

Today, my brother Coach @jusgriffyouragent has built something special with @purejoyball , using the game to develop young athletes on and off the court. Their mission is to build powerful habits and inspire leadership through basketball.

Before @phenomamerica camp tips off tomorrow, he took time out of his day to pour into @jaja_arjuna with a private workout.

Grateful for the knowledge.
Grateful for the friendship.
Grateful for coaches who invest in the next generation.

The full workout drops soon… 👀🏀🔥
