WOW. JUST WOW. 🔥

THE ROOM WAS FULL. THE ENERGY WAS HIGH. AND THE GROWTH WAS INTENTIONAL!

Today’s Live2Lead Houston was POWERFUL!!

There is something incredibly special about being IN THE ROOM with people who have made the decision to invest in themselves, challenge their thinking, and become better leaders.

Because here’s the thing…

Growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens by INTENTION.

And today, a room full of incredible people CHOSE to be intentional! 🙌

We learned. We laughed. We connected. We challenged ourselves. And most importantly, we walked away with something we can actually DO differently!

One of my favorite moments was asking everyone, “Where are YOU in your leadership journey?”

Because you can’t grow to the next level if you’re not willing to recognize where you are TODAY!

I am SO PROUD of every single person who showed up, leaned in, participated, and invested their most valuable resource: THEIR TIME.

And here’s what I know…

There’s power in being IN THE ROOM. But the REAL transformation happens in what you do AFTER you leave it! 💥

To our attendees, sponsors, partners, and everyone who helped bring this experience to life, THANK YOU!

My heart is FULL. My joy is overflowing. And I cannot wait to see what grows from the seeds planted today!

Now go LEARN IT. LIVE IT. LEAD IT! 🔑

MRS. @rachelaashmore 😍
A wedding morning that truly left me in awe the entire time! The venue, the looks I got to do, THE BRIDE, the get ready outfit, THE DRESS… I mean it was all just too perfect! So naturally, I have a video to show a glimpse of that.

We have some exciting news in the Victory Rings family…our son is engaged! 🤍

We couldn’t be happier for him and our future daughter-in-law. This engagement came with an extra special detail for our family. When it came time to choose a ring, we passed down my original engagement ring for him to propose with.

Knowing a tiny part of our story will be used in their new life together is pretty incredible. It was part of the beginning of our family, and now it gets to be part of the beginning of theirs.

Moments like this are exactly why we believe fine jewelry is an investment. Not just because of what it’s worth, but because a quality piece can be worn, loved, passed down and become more meaningful with every generation.

We couldn’t be more excited for these two and everything ahead. 🤍💍
