KIMCHI HAL-MONY · 共時之甕
Wood 木 · Tangy

Inspired by kimchi, but never intended to taste just like kimchi.

Its fermented umami becomes a foundation for something unexpectedly delicate: bright acidity, fresh lychee and floral jasmine tea, finished with a rose-and-vodka-infused cucumber.

It’s Rewind's philosophy in a glass — taking a flavor you recognize and allowing it to become something entirely different.

POV: you just found your new spot.

You order a drink. Then another one shows up.

One song in and everyone forgets they have work tomorrow. Yeah... no one's going home yet.

Cocktails, dinner and private karaoke under one roof in Long Island City.

Rewind. We're doing that again.

INFERNAL APE · 苦焰行者
Metal 金 · Spice

A cocktail inspired by one of the most intense communal dining experiences in Chinese cuisine: mala hot pot.

Mezcal, amaro and sweet vermouth create a dark, spirit-forward foundation, layered with five-spice aromatics and an increasingly powerful chili finish. Pickled bamboo shoots are served alongside to reset the palate between sips.

Smoky. Bittersweet. Numbing. Fiery.

THE GREEN LINE · 一線青
Metal 金 · Spice

Inspired by the Japanese pairing of shiso and yuzu, The Green Line is designed to evolve from the first sip to the last.

Sencha tea leads at the beginning. Beneath it, gin, yuzu and shiso create a bright citrus-herbal core before a subtle wasabi heat appears on the finish. A preserved shiso plum completes the experience.

ROUND TABLE · 麻格莉特
Metal 金 · Spice

Inspired by the bold, numbing heat of Sichuan pepper sauce, Round Table begins with tequila and melon before introducing Sichuan peppercorn and chili.

The glass is finished with Sichuan pepper salt, so the cocktail changes depending on where you sip — first bright, fruity and refreshing, then increasingly aromatic and tingling. A fresh melon garnish offers one final sweet flavor.

Five elements. Fifteen signature cocktails.

Inspired by the Chinese philosophy of Metal 金, Wood 木, Water 水, Fire 火, and Earth 土, Rewind’s signature cocktail collection translates the Five Elements into five distinct flavor expressions: Spicy, Tangy, Savory, Bitter, and Sweet.

Each cocktail begins with a familiar flavor, ingredient, or memory, then transforms it through contemporary technique and Rewind imagination.

Consider it a journey through the elements, one glass at a time.

Try one. Find your favorite. Or collect all five.

What’s your element?
