Another week done and another week closer to Christmas 🎄

I have Still been training & hitting nutritional & step goals but I have also been allowing myself some more flexibility around it all in the lead up to the big day 🙌

Enjoying the things I only ever really have around this time of year without going completely balls to the walls has felt amazing! (Previous years this would be how I approached this time of year).

Not using this time of year as an excuse to just give up completely and wait until the new year but also being more flexible to enjoy the festivities 🎄❄️

Amazing people 💕
Mince pies 🥧
Mulled wine 🍷
Roasties 🥔
Crisp morning walks 👣
Twinkly lights ✨
Cosy nights 🤗
And everything around it 🙌😍

Ditching the all or nothing approach was the best thing I ever did for myself 🥰

𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴… 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆!

I am so grateful for the community of women that is the SJWellness coaching team!

I feel so honoured to be able to be a part of their journey and to have been able to build such wonderful relationships with these incredible women through it!

I love seeing them thrive & win & live a happier, healthier and more confident life like they deserve to!

Sometimes when you are on your journey to building a better lifestyle, habits and working towards your goals it can seem a little daunting.

This is why we have created a community of likeminded, supportive women who are on a similar journey to you!

Getting together for meet ups,

Having a group support chat to share wins, ideas, recipes and support each other,

Setting challenges within the group to boost motivation and push each other further,

And being a part of a team!

We recently had our Christmas meal meet up and it was so lovely to have some of the team together.

A night full of great food, great conversation, great company and a load of laughs!

It was great to have an evening to remind them that even when they are working towards certain goals they can still enjoy life and social events and are not in it alone!

I cannot wait for the January meet up!!!

Thank you for being so amazing team 💕

So stevie, what would you say your job is?

To anyone new here, let me introduce myself 🙋‍♀️

My name is Stevie-Jayne, I am 27 years old and I am an online coach for women who want to achieve fat loss, gain confidence and ditch an all or nothing approach to exercise and dieting!

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗼 𝗜 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗜 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵?

I have had my own struggles with this and overtime, I was able to learn how to live a more balanced and enjoyable lifestyle whilst getting rid of guilt, overcoming a disorder way of eating, over exercising & yo-yo dieting routine all whilst gaining confidence, getting stronger and achieving my aesthetic goals too!

I wanted to help other frustrated women to break out of this and live a life they deserve too!

I believe that there is so much more to your journey and achieving your goals than what meets the eye!

Which is why I apply this to my coaching programmes 🙌

Some of what I do includes 👇

⏰ Supporting my clients around the clock,

😊Designing plans and programmes structured to fit around their lifestyle rather than fitting their lifestyle around a plan,

👏Keeping them accountable and guiding them whilst working towards their goals,

🥇 Helping them to gain confidence, acknowledge & celebrate their wins and progress,

🤩Working with them as a team to create a new routine and habits,

👊Helping them to overcome any obstacles that may stand in their way.

I am their biggest cheerleader and hype girl with them every step of the way! 🙏

And we work as a 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 to get them to where they want to be!

And I feel so lucky and honoured that I get to work with these amazing women!!!

If you would like to finally break out of that all or nothing and yo-yo cycle then drop me a dm “𝑰’𝒎 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚” and we can set up a free connection call and have a chat!

𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗵𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝗴𝗴𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁-𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴, 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗴𝘆𝗺 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘀!

Donna came to me with next to no confidence in the gym and in herself after having to have quite some time off from exercise and movement due to a serious back injury.

She needed some support and guidance to not only help get her back into a routine with exercise that was suited & adapted to her and her abilities but she also wanted to improve how she looked at herself and felt in herself.

As the weeks went on and time passed I would notice Donna’s gym style change slightly and her head held higher and higher!

Working with this lovely lady is an absolute pleasure & to be apart of her journey, in not only gaining strength, knowledge, confidence & self love!

Well done lovely! Smashing it!!!! 🥰

My amazing and inspiring team of women grinding towards their goals each day!

Helping them to feel strong!

Confident!

Build better daily habits!

Improve their mindset!

Building a better relationship with food, exercise & themselves!

To feel their best!

To build a healthier lifestyle for their future self!

To push through and overcome boundaries!

To learn how to train for their specific goals!

To enjoy social events whilst still getting results!

The list goes on.

You all make being a coach an absolute joy & I am eternally grateful to be able to help women overcome the struggles I have once been through myself.

Thank you all for being so amazing and inspiring and allowing & choosing me to help you to build a happier, healthier and better lifestyle 😍💕

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ⭐️

So so proud of this amazing woman @purematpilates and the progress she has made since we started working together just under two months ago.

Donna came to me after having quite some time out of the gym and training due to a back injury. She wanted to gain her strength back, work on body composition & gain confidence in the gym again.

And she’s bloody killing it! The progression I have seen from her is amazing! She always turns up to sessions ready and enthusiastic and gives it her all! As well as sticking to her personalised programme and plan outside of sessions!

You are amazing! Keep this hard work up lovely!!! 🤩
