We turned this historic cave into a comedy club—and you filled every seat. ❤️💃🕺

The 5th Annual Cave Comedy Fest brought two shows, incredible comedians, live music, and a whole lot of laughter deep inside Melrose Civil War Caverns.

And for the first time ever, both shows sold out!

There is truly nothing else quite like watching live stand-up comedy surrounded by the natural beauty and history of the cave. Thank you to everyone who joined us, performed, volunteered, sponsored, supported, and helped bring this one-of-a-kind experience to life.

Five years in, Cave Comedy Fest continues to grow into something even more special—and we are already excited to do it all again.

Virginia, this is just the beginning. 🌱

For years, cannabis conversations have centered around if legalization would happen. Today, the conversation has changed.

Now it’s about building an industry rooted in science, education, responsible business, and public trust.

Cannabis is no longer the future in Virginia.

It’s here!

As our Commonwealth moves toward a regulated adult use market, we have an opportunity to build something extraordinary. One where patients, consumers, entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, educators, and policymakers all have access to credible, evidence based information.

That doesn’t happen by accident.

It happens through education.

At Armintia, we believe that education is essential. Every conversation, every class, every research project, and every partnership helps shape the future of cannabis in Virginia.

The foundation is being laid right now.

Let’s build it the right way.

🌿 Cannabis is here, Virginia.
📚 Let’s make sure knowledge grows with the industry.

✨All Eyes Are On Virginia, ONCE AGAIN✨

Virginia has officially entered the chat!

Right now, our Commonwealth sits at the center of something rare. A true trifecta, where hemp licensing, medical cannabis licensing, AND Cannabis Conversations at the Federal Level are colliding at the exact same moment. And people across the country are watching closely at what Virginia does next♟️

But here’s the thing.
Pressure like that doesn’t intimidate us.

It sharpens us.

Because Virginia has been doing the work.

We prioritize education.
We listen to community concerns.
We’ve built conversations around product safety and standards.

That foundation matters.

When you look at the projected $400 million in potential annual tax revenue, the stakes become even clearer. This isn’t just about Cannabis. It’s about public health, responsible regulation, workforce development, and building an industry the right way from day one.

Virginia has a chance to show the rest of the country what a thoughtful Cannabis Adult-Use framework actually looks like.

And trust me. The world is watching👀

Let’s show them how it’s done💪🏽

Thank you to @eugenedanieltv and @13newsnow for the opportunity to speak on the importance of industry education, consumer safety, and responsible standards as Virginia prepares for the next chapter.

✨Special shout out to THE GURU @nikkicurrymedia for seeing the importance of this matter!
And @pureshenandoah and @eastcoastcollective.usa for allowing me to use their products as examples of what the RIGHT WAY LOOKS LIKE💪🏽

💅🏻 How we cut our dogs nails 💅🏻 First we give both puppies “Tame pet CDB oil” from @pureshenandoah Then we wait about 30-45 mins and bring out the nail trim sling. Cookie and Pudding do not tolerate nail trims very well UNLESS they’re in the air 😂 we quickly trim and dremel and give them a treat from @mywoof to let the relax after the stress. I hope you enjoy these pitiful puppies on nail trim day🐾 #dogsofinstagram #dognailtrimming #puppiesofinstagram #pitbull #dogfunnymoments

I didn’t qualify in 2004.

That moment could have ended the vision.

Instead, it refined it.

Rejection doesn’t disqualify you.
It disciplines you.

Three Olympics later, I understand something clearly:

Clean work. Long game.
