seems fitting for our first post here to be an overdue photo dump from Pokemon Worlds/XP 2026!

despite the various hiccups (cough cough the pin rally cough cough), we still managed to make the most of it! we met some amazing people, ran into Purplecliffe for the second year in a row, and had an overall amazing time!

the pin trading areas ended up being our favorite place to be - the staff knew our names by the end of it LOL

who knows if we will be making it to Singapore for next year’s Worlds, but we will absolutely be at NAIC 2026 in our lovely city of Chicago 🥳 we will see you there? 👀

Meet and greet with @purplecliffe at 2026 Pokemon World Championships / Pokemon XP.

Was a nice person even complimented about how my Ash Ketchum cosplay was so good. I do hope we can meet again even collab soon.

🚨 IT’S TIME TO TAKE OUR TCG FLOORS BACK. 🚨
Main Copy: Scalping isn’t just an online problem—it’s taking over physical event floors. Attendees shouldn’t walk into a card show only to see rows of vendors selling Target and Big Box retail inventory marked up by 50%.
Team Apex is proposing a universal Vendor Code of Conduct for TCG event organizers:
1️⃣ MSRP Capping on In-Print Sealed Stock — Protect new collectors and families. 2️⃣ Zero Big-Box Clearing — Keep retail shelves open for everyday local buyers. 3️⃣ Upfront Pricing Transparency — Clear tags, no dynamic floor price-hiking.
Events that adopt these standards keep their player base healthy, protect local game stores, and earn the Apex Community Certified seal for their floor.
👇 Event Organizers & Venue Managers: Read our full 1-page proposal below. Let’s make fair-market event floors the standard, not the exception.
🏷️ Tag your local card show organizer below if you want to see this implemented at their next event!
