After 3 years of being a brown belt 🙌❤️ I’m beyond grateful and honored to have been promoted to my 3rd degree stripes on my brown belt.💜💪❤️

Back on track… and now one step closer. This one was emotional for me for those who know how much this means to me and the work I have put in to get here. I want to thank my parents for never ceasing to believe in me even at times I didn’t believe in myself. Thank you to family and friends who support me. Thank you to every one of my coaches and training partners past and present. @teamfionabjj thank you for this promotion (very full circle moment) and more importantly giving me the opportunity to work for you @notoriousmixedmartialarts and be able to do what I love everyday. Thank you Jiu-Jitsu for giving me a purpose, passion, connections, and lessons that have become the foundation of my life and who I am. Last but not least I want to thank myself for not stopping and showing up and trying again and again and pushing through when it hurts, when it seemed like I had lost my way even when it seems like no one is watching cause it’s been worth it, it’s always worth it. When you love something it’s unconditional you don’t ask for anything in return you just give it all you have 🤎.
