I'm THRILLED to announce that my dear friend Aaliah is on the podcast today, talking all about the various creative projects she's challenged herself with to explore deep, meaningful topics like spirituality and healing, in a way that invites others in.⠀ ⠀ @fillawesophie is one of the most incredible humans I know. When I'm around Aaliah, I feel strongly that I am in the presence of wisdom beyond our years and curiosity that sparks so much joy.⠀ ⠀ What I love about this episode is that it's not just about how to develop a creative challenge (which is already super valuable), but we also get very real and talk about the struggles we've had around spirituality and healing and sharing them with others.⠀ ⠀ Tune in to the Permission to Pivot Podcast wherever you like to listen!⠀ ⠀ #pivotpodcast #ampersandco #podcastinglikeaboss #womenpodcasters #podfamily

Happy #SmallBusinessSaturday! I had to remind myself that hey, this means me, too! 😆⠀ ⠀ I'm honored to walk alongside so many incredibly talented business owners in this crazy journey of entrepreneurship.⠀ ⠀ How can you support your friends in small business?⠀ ⠀ - Buy from them! Use your dollars to cast a vote for the kind of world you want to live in and the people and causes you want to support.⠀ - Spread the word about them. Who can you refer to their services? Who do you know that would love the product they sell? Tell them! It could change both of their lives.⠀ - Join their community and rally behind their mission. A major reason why small business is so special is that you get to have a personal connection with the real humans behind the brand and be a part of something bigger.⠀ - Celebrate their successes and sit with them during their challenges. Business is not for the faint of heart and self-doubt is inevitable. Help them stay grounded and recognize how far they've come.⠀ ⠀ How do you like to support small businesses?⠀ ⠀ I've tagged just a few of the small business owners in my "inner circle." Be sure to check them out and give them a follow (and keep them in mind for future purchases)!
