⭐️Big news friends!!⭐️
My new book, “30 Days of Renewing Your Mind - Transforming Your Thoughts Through God’s Word”.

I’m on a mission to help retrain mindsets and build hope in life and relationships. I’m inviting you to join me, and share this with someone that you know needs a renewed mind.

You can get your ebook from Etsy, or Amazon.
You can also purchase your paperback copy from Amazon (link in bio).

But wait… there’s more☺️— I would love for
You to join me @purposechurchca this Sunday, for our worship service at 10:30AM, and book signing right afterwards!

Thanks to @aaron_daniels5 for stepping in to help me (I was struggling). 😂 I’ll share my bloopers another on another day.

Love y’all. ❤️

The irony...

I often can't sleep, so much on my mind.
And Tonight's no different.
But I decided to clean since cleaning is like therapy for me...especially while everyone is asleep.

Since I've actually never had the opportunity to get therapy for any trauma...
Besides of course the "prove it assessments" from various professionals across the city that all say:
"yes she does in fact show PTSD"...

This is what I do to quiet my mind...I clean and listen to Bible study with @purposechurchca

The crazy thing is I chose this study so randomly and it quite literally was describing me to the TEEE.

These things used to surprise me, but not anymore...
This is just how I know my God works.

So though New Seasons of change can be unexpected, jarring and trigger all sorts of emotions...
I'm learning to Be Still.

So whoever needs the reminder...

ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR YOUR GOOD

They say it has been 5 years of serving this church and community. For us, and all we’ve been called to do, feels like we are just getting started…

Happy 5th Anniversary to our Purpose Church community and friends!

But, wait—Do you see my lovely gift of a wife standing beside me? Gyal!! 🤩

Shout out to @sheldonisaacimages for ALWAYS grabbing the best shots for the best memories ever! BOOK HIM NOW! If you THINK it can be photographed or videoed, BOOK!

Blessed start to the morning as I gathered with faith leaders and community members from across the Region at the Durham Region Prayer Breakfast.

It was a meaningful time of reflection, shared prayers, and a renewed commitment to our community’s well-being. It was also great to hear some words of wisdom from Michael “Pinball” Clemons (@pinballfoundation).

Special thanks to our #Pickering faith leaders—Pastor Lucas and Pastor Samuel (@sanctuschurch), Pastor Dennis (@myppclife), Pastor BJ (@purposechurchca), and Associate Pastor Dean (@apcministries)—for joining me in unity and faith as we continue building a more compassionate and resilient community.
