So many coaches love the idea of POGO jumps…but very few are programming them correctly.

Most athletes are rushed past the fundamentals before their bodies are ready. And when you skip the basics, you set athletes up for breakdowns.

POGO jumps aren’t just a warm-up drill.

They are one of the most effective tools we have to strengthen the foot-ankle complex, build elastic qualities, and prepare athletes to express speed and power safely.

The problem is, if you don’t take the time to properly develop rhythm, stiffness, and coordination at the ground level, you’ll start seeing the issues we’re seeing more and more of… shin splints, Achilles problems, plantar fascia pain, and lower leg breakdowns that derail careers.

Coach, if you want to master how to teach, progress, and apply speed-based drills the right way, the Anatomy of Speed Online Certification was built for you.

Learn the science, the why, and the coaching progressions that will make your athletes faster, more resilient, and healthier for the long run.

There is nothing more valuable for a new coach than a great mentor.

Mentorship collapses time.

What might take you years of trial and error, you can learn in weeks.

Mentors pull you forward, open doors you didn’t know existed, and help you see the coach you’re capable of becoming… even before you see it yourself.

At Parisi, mentorship has been the backbone of how we’ve grown thousands of coaches into leaders in the sports performance field. And now, you have that same opportunity.

On September 1st, we kick off the Anatomy of Speed Mentorship…

A program designed to guide coaches through the science, application, and art of speed training, so you can deliver real results for your athletes and accelerate your own career.

Don’t try to do it all alone. Step into a mentorship that will shape your future.

The first DEKA Strong at On Track was a success! Over a dozen people showed up to test their fitness and support one another! For many, this was their very first time!

The atmosphere was exciting and positive! Competitors watching cheered on the others as they overcame challenging obstacles! Some members of our community spent months preparing for this, and we couldn't be more proud of how they performed!

Be on the lookout for our next DEKA Strong to go live soon! The tentative date is in early February!
