📣BIG REVEAL TIME!📣
Our major renovation project is officially complete — and what a journey it’s been! This investment property, that’s located over two hours away from me, came with its fair share of ups and downs. But seeing the final product turn out exactly how I envisioned it makes every challenge worth it! Because we were keeping this property as a rental, the goal was to make it really nice and still being profitable without breaking the bank! 💰 Thank goodness for my dear husband, he had to reel me back a few times 🤣

We managed this project mostly remotely — relying on the support of trusted contractors and amazing local friends who kept eyes on the property, and of course, a lot of technology. It’s proof that with the right team and vision, distance doesn’t have to be a barrier.
This experience has made me even more confident in guiding my clients through their own real estate journeys — especially when it comes to renovations. I’ve been in the trenches, solved problems, stayed on budget, and brought a vision to life 🌟 So when you hire me as your Realtor, know you’re getting someone who’s not just talking the talk — I’ve walked the walk.

This beauty is now actively marketed for rent 😁😁
Enjoy the video walkthrough… let me know what you think!
