JOY + HAPPINESS

Both are beautiful.

But happiness comes from what happens around you.

Joy comes from the stillness within you.

One depends on circumstances.

The other depends on presence.

Where the only “complaining” is wishing you had more time at your in-person SHE WHO MOVES days together

The kind of space where ❌small talk & gossip❌ gives us literal HIVES

⬇️

but bring your dreams + fears + ideas + desires + mission + movement … and our faces light up, brains start popping off, and ideas & collaboration & forward movement ignites like a wildfire

Desires like ~

✅wanting to double your revenue but keep Mondays & Fridays totally OPEN for adventure + shenanigans + music + your wellness physical & a long hike up in the mountains or training for your next ultra

✅4x-ing your rates & who you need to BE to make that happen… not adding “more” to your offer, but how to better communicate the value & the payoff so ideal clients start pulling out credit cards like hotcakes but you’re so high on life and being aligned from the inside out that you shake your head because it wasn’t as hard as you were making it before

✅hosting your first retreat or pitching to a top podcast or signing a lease for your new build out …without letting judgment or comparison or needing to be further along than where you ARE right in this moment, stop you.
AND *without* letting the stress from becoming this bigger version of yourself diminish your presence & intention with your kids or your partner or your own body

✅signing your first $100,000 contract as the luxury wellness water supplier without holding back on what makes you YOU, in fact, letting THAT be the elixir

✅how your misogi this year is hiking the Knobstone Trail, because why not… and everyone else at the table shares their impossible adventure & commits in a MONENT to what takes most people *years* (if ever) to give themselves permission to do

Yeah… it’s a different room, built for different women, who have different goals… and who won’t stop moving until it becomes their lived experience - because having me as their coach won’t let them have it any other way than FULLY EMBODIED, FULLY ALIVE & FULL SEND ON THEIR MISSION & IN THEIR LIFE🔥🔥

“I’ve never heard of a DJ b2b’ing with a Yoga Instructor”

Well now you have

This weekend I had the honor of joining @srsly_why down to @kyyogafest and got to play an ambient bass set during her
@findthelight.yoga flow sessions and it was so much fun to bring our worlds of Bass Music and Yoga together like that and I’ll never forget the experience!

And it took several attempts on my end but we finally got the headstand picture 😂

Photo/vid dump of the pole jam we had at @lostfoundlex Friday!!

Not much to say other than I really and truly have loved getting so close to so many other dancers/artists over the years and I love being able to just have fun:-)

I felt pretty heavy/clunky being back flowing on a pole for the first time in months (without choreo) but I enjoyed just getting to hang out w the homies

A little #BTS with @sagehousecreatives fitness shoot at @lostfoundlex with my hype girls in the background @jinx_dances & @purposelyferal 🫶🏻

I started taking movement & community event classes at @lostfoundlex & I’ve never felt such an overwhelming sense of support, girlhood, inclusion, friendship, encouragement in one place. Especially with these ladies! ✨
I chose to move my body in new and exciting ways to support my overall wellness journey with @vitaoasis_infusion_wellness 💙

& even better is @moody_mikes is right downstairs for yummy vegan eats 🌱

Thank you @a.nichae for creating this magikal space here in @visitlex 💙
