Rex United 5 - 0 New River Plate The Dinos were drawn against our local rivals New River in the cup. This game is always huge, regardless of the competition. The first half delivered a fast start from the boys, going 2-0 up quickly in the half in a ruthless attack spearheaded by Adam in the 9. New River had a strong spell towards the end of the half but a mistake pounced on by Asa at the end of the half completed a statement 45 minutes. No drop off in the second half from the boys - with our bench being as strong as it is right now, goal from Khi delivering again with a goal off the bench. Also Adam completing his hat trick, following his first start for Rex in the 9. Back in the league next week against Zingers as we look to pick up another +3. MOTM: Adam DINO: Chico Goals: Adam x3 Khi Asa Assists: Chico x2 Jack Asa Adam Sponsors: @studio_small , @jeffremovalsandtransport & @the_army_and_navy_pub_n168nn Next weeks fixture: 🆚 Zingers 📍Hackney Marshes (North Marsh) 🗓️ Sunday 25th October 2026 ⏰ 10:30am

Congrats to our SEPTEMBER PLAYERS OF THE MONTH!! Cubs - Poppy Lindsley 💥 Poppy has been incredibly consistent with her training this season and has shown so much development and progress in her game play. Her hard work and commitment at training shine through on the pitch, and it’s been brilliant to see her game presence continue to grow. A fantastic effort from Poppy, and a well-deserved Player of the Month! Reserves - Tash Hippolyte 🌟 Tash has played every minute of every game for the Reserves this season and has been incredibly consistent at the heart of our defence. Her strength in 1v1s and ability to read the game have made her incredibly difficult to get past – something even opposition players have commented on! She also picked up POTM in our 4–0 win, reflecting just how important she has been at centre back for us this season. A brilliant and thoroughly deserved start to the season! Firsts - Annalie Cole ⚡️ Annalie has stepped up and tried a new position this season. She has shown a huge level of adaptability, willingness to learn and has consistently contributed to the team, especially in tough moments and games. She has been a huge driving force with the team this month.
