There’s a kind of rest that only happens in community—when you exhale beside women who remind you of your own softness. My time @mthrco felt like a deep breath after a long season of holding.
Connection as medicine.
Rest as resistance.
Creation as return.
I left feeling full, grateful, and reminded that slowing down is its own kind of power. Thank you to Austin and Ukiah for letting us exhale, dance, cry, DoorDash late night snacks, HEAR ME OUT, make new soul friends, get weird, get in our feelings, have heart to hearts and laugh until we peed our pants.

Day Two at MTHR 🌿

We began the morning moving, laughing, crying, releasing — led by the incomparable @ccengelfried from @kinrgy , whose signature Kinrgy class cracked us open in the best way possible. From there, we transitioned into one of the most important, cup filling conversations of the weekend: The Art of Tending: tending to food, to beauty, to grief, and to ourselves — moderated by @pvega .

Our panel featured three extraordinary women:
✨@ellenmariebennett : chef, founder, and CEO of @hedleyandbennett ,
✨ Caroline Lee : death doula and somatic psychologist @howcarolinecarolines
✨ @streicherhair : celebrity hairstylist and cofounder of @striiike

The afternoon was all flow: sauna, cold plunge, heated pool, and a walkable happy happy hour through the @yokayo_ranch garden that felt like something out of a dream.

We closed the night with MTHR Reflection, a guided journaling workshop led by licensed therapist @vanessa_trine_therapy and mental-health-trained journaling guide @nicoletfournie , and sponsored by @theprocesswellnesscollective . In a warm, candlelit space, we moved through intentional journaling and grounding visualizations that invited deep listening, clarity, and the practice of receiving. It was such a moving invitation to be mothered in a softer, slower way — restoring, centering, and reminding us that the care we give to others also belongs to us. 🤍
