Freshman season has been one for the record books for sure! When I mean records I mean the amount of times I have been hit in the head has to be impossible! 😂 Besides that my freshman season has taught me so much about life and truly has given me the best coaches and teammates that I get to experience my life with. I have gained best friends and role models I never want to lose and memories that will be with me forever! I am ready to see all the big things this group continues to accomplish because there truly is no greater family in the NCAA than the one created at CWU volleyball!

Dear volleyball, from the day I started rolling my highsocks… No but the highsocks have officially grown on me, freshman year Scottie would be shocked. I feel so lucky to have finished my time as a cat with such a great group of girls, who have so much fun while playing. I’ve laughed on the court more than ever this year. But that’s what’s amazing about cwu volleyball: no matter who you get to see everyday, my teammates and coaches have created such a joyful and hardworking program that its a pleasure to play here no matter if it’s a brand new team, or a team full of fifth years. The culture built on love, competition, and fun is the most unfaltering part of this program. It will outlast me and has successfully outlasted all of the players who came before me. My volleyball journey has been one crazy ride, the girl who got cut from her middle school volleyball team would have never believed she could have become the player she is now. Hard work can take you beyond what you might ever think possible, it’s so important to try. GO CATS♥️ #backtobackchamps #3out
