As a warning- I did a full review on peptides and general pharmaceuticals when picking a clinic/peptide/IV vendor. Be careful what you put in your body. After investigation it was clear that @pwrclinics were properly tested and their pharmacy network is top notch. When you put stuff in your body, don’t look for the cheapest option, find the best product. #clinic #peptides #ufcgym

I decided to be brave and post about my journey - at 62, if I can motivate one person to start their longevity journey, it will be worth posting without make-up and without the perfect body. If not me, who?

What a special day. ❤️

Today we celebrated 16 years of UFC GYM and the Grand Opening of PWR Clinics and it had me reflecting on just how much can change in a couple of years.

When I joined the UFC family almost two years ago, I had no idea how much I would learn, how much I would grow, or how deeply I would fall in love with the recovery and wellness space.

I’m incredibly grateful for leadership that sees potential in people, believes in them, and gives them the space and opportunity to grow.

Adam, thank you for believing in me, supporting me, and allowing me to grow within this organization. Being part of the UFC family has opened doors, introduced me to incredible people, and taken me in directions I never could have predicted.

Today wasn’t just about celebrating 16 amazing years, it also felt like the beginning of an exciting new chapter. ❤️

I’m so grateful for where I’ve been, proud of how much I’ve grown, and really excited about what’s ahead.

Cheers to 16 years, new beginnings, and the opportunities still to come. 🥂❤️
