I never got around to posting these photos from last week when my oldest son, Preston, and I took a trip to the East Coast to visit his best friend (and his mom Erika is one of my good friends). In lieu of the news today of the sad passing of the bright and vibrant Dolly Parton 💔, I thought I'd post pics of our time at @dollywood while we were in Tennessee.

RIP Dolly. You were a kind soul who loved everyone. The world will miss you.

I'm finally getting around to posting some photos from last weekend's concert (Piano by the Pond) at @_nelsons_duckpond_ with @ryanstewartmusic .

This batch of photos show some pre-concert setup/soundcheck, and then the beginning of the evening.

It goes without saying that we need to thank Amy Nelson for providing the most magical backdrop to hold a concert like this. I've always dreamed of putting on a concert like this where music and nature meet.

A special thank you to my son Preston @wpt.e46 - as this was his first paid photography job, and also first time photographing people (he usually does cars). Bravo kiddo 🙌. A huge thank you to my husband @runwillt for helping out in more ways than I can count. I honestly (and logistically) couldn't do a concert without him. And thank you to our younger two, Riley and Taylor, for running the busy merch table all evening.

Thank you to everyone who helped out in some way - @cristaviolin @scott_d_davis @werethestewarts

More photos coming....
