A major photo dump from the first quarter of 2025! Included a lot of travel… 🚗Payton’s first road trip - to Atlanta for the National Championship with Mae Mae and Papa, ✈️her first flight - to Mexico with the Xander family, ✈️✈️her second flight - to Florida to celebrate Papa’s 60th, and 🌄Hocking Hills with some of the best friends we could ask for. This little one is already giving me a run for my money…

This pregnancy has been anything but a walk in the park. My mental health and uncomfortable weight gain in the first trimester to the toll it took on my fitness and pride in the second tri….it’s been humbling. And I look forward to sharing pieces of the journey. In hopes of encouraging you wherever you find yourself.

Very excited, to announce, baby x #2 coming mid October! The Xanders are annoying and don’t find out the gender….so you’ll find out with us in October ❤️

This baby is already a gift and I can’t express how thankful I am for a healthy 20 week ultrasound.

Praise Him from whom ALL blessings flow.

As we lean more and more into HEALTH instead of weight loss….

I am pleasantly surprised how invigorating it is to care for my mind and body.

We’ve been prioritizing outdoor time and it’s been special to do it as a family. And ironically when we’ve been spending time outside we’ve….

*been watching less tv
*snacking less
*communicating more
*a Quinn that’s ready for bed

Aren’t those things we are TRYING for? All for the price of nothing.

Now maybe outside isn’t your fix. But what opportunities…FREE opportunities are you wasting away that could take your health in the right direction.

Look up from the scale. See the world and endless life giving changes that are right in front of you.

Stop focusing on what to take OUT (sitting, snacking, tv). Start focusing on what to put IN…(out door time!)

I love you. I’m in your corner.
