Historical sources do not record Amir Timur's exact height. In 1941, after his tomb was opened and his remains were examined, researchers concluded that he was approximately 170-173 cm (5'7"-5'8") tall. However, Amir Timur's greatness was not defined by his height. He was broad-shouldered, powerfully built, physically strong, and possessed an extraordinary presence. His contemporaries remembered him not for his stature, but for the immense authority, charisma, and commanding presence he carried both in royal courts and on the battlefield.

Tarixiy manbalarda Amir Temurning aniq bo'yi qayd etilmagan. 1941-yilda qabrining ochilishi va suyaklarining o'rganilishi natijasida olimlar uning bo'yi taxminan 170-173 sm bo'lgan degan xulosaga kelishgan. Ammo Amir Temurning buyukligi bo'yida emas edi. U keng yelkali, kuchli gavdali, jismonan baquvvat va nihoyatda salobatli inson boʻlgan. Zamondoshlari uning qomatidan ko'ra, majlis va jang maydonidagi ulkan nufuzi va salobatini ko'proq eslab qolishgan.

The most intense transformation ever.

For The Machinist, Bale dropped to around 54-55 kg (120 lbs) by surviving on an almost shocking routine: one can of tuna, an apple, and coffee per day, sometimes adding cigarettes just to suppress appetite. His body fat got so low that his ribs and spine were visibly protruding-he looked almost skeletal on screen.

Then comes the wild part: he had only about 6 months before filming Batman Begins. Bale went all-in and gained roughly 45 kg (100 lbs), overshooting the target at first. He bulked up so aggressively that director Christopher Nolan actually told him he was too big to play Batman and needed to slim down slightly for the role.

It's often cited as one of the most intense actor transformations ever, not just for the physical change, but for how quickly he went from one extreme to the other.

$Sometimes, all it takes is one small decision to change everything. It can shift your day, your direction - or even your entire life. Just like in life, one small choice can lead to chaos... or magic. But that's the beauty of it you get to decide the intention behind it. ++ Mindset tip: - Start small. Big transformations begin with micro-decisions. - Choose progress over perfection. Remember: one tiny pivot, done consistently, compounds over time. So next time you hesitate on a small change - that new habit, that phone call, that "why not" moment - think of Skittles raining from the ceiling. Because you never know what one decision might unlock. This clip is from a Skittles ad (2011), part of the iconic "Touch the Rainbow" campaign by TBWA\Chiat\Day.
