Some journeys are personal, and I’m truly grateful I had the opportunity to be his coach and mentor.

Qbanz started this journey after being told by society that he was “okay.” But the real question was: Did he feel okay within himself? The answer was no.

Real transformation doesn’t begin when others approve of you, it begins when you choose yourself.

This is your reminder: stop living for validation and start living for your own growth, your own health, and your own happiness.

Choose you. Every single time. Keep going champ !!!!!

1st quarter of 2026, I’ve decided to bet on myself, to lock in and be more focused. As someone who preaches discipline I had to prove to myself that for the first 90days of the year I wil step out of my comfort zone and do more and be more! There’s no perfect time to get it right, the first step is to start. This quarter was filled with ups and downs, happy moments and moments of doubt! But regardless I’ve find the courage and faith to keep going! If you see this video let it be your motivation to push yourself beyond your limits, to step out of your own comfort zone and to chase that better version of yourself that is on the other side of DISCIPLINE 🤝
