Ever wondered why the best athletes swear by strength training? Strength training is more than just bulking up. It's a key component of injury prevention!

💪 Strength development helps balance your muscular structure, improving joint stability and increasing resilience. It's like upgrading your body to a bulletproof armor!

🎯 Think of exercises that target injury-prone areas like knees, shoulders and ankles.

💼 By regularly training for strength, you're not only amplifying your performance but also maximizing your develpment.

Remember, speed may be king, but what happens when you can't run AROUND wall?💥

One of the things I love about the summer, is the interaction our High School and College athletes get to have with each other. 👏

During the Fall, Winter and Spring, I routinely get texts from college athletes asking how some of the high school and middle schoolers are doing, and frequently get asked by the younger athletes when the college kids are coming back.

Strangers become Training Partners.
Training Partners become Friends.
Friends become Family.
