Happy birthday, Nordic Storm! 🎂🌊 To think that Nordic Storm is only two years old today seems crazy. In some ways, it feels like yesterday. In others, it feels like a lifetime when you think about everything that has happened and the ridiculous number of hours that have gone into building this thing. Two years ago, we had a name, a logo, a stadium and a pretty ambitious idea. Since then, we’ve built two teams from scratch, brought players and coaches to Copenhagen from all over Europe and beyond, travelled across Europe to play football, and welcomed teams from across the continent to our home in Gladsaxe. More than 25,000 fans have watched us play live. We’re still undefeated at home. We’ve had some incredible days at Gladsaxe, played games across Europe, made friendships across borders and experienced a lot of moments I don’t think any of us will ever forget. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, we even managed to win a championship. 🏆 None of it happens without people. Investors who believed in the idea when there wasn’t much more than an idea. Partners who decided to come along for the ride. Players and coaches who chose Nordic Storm. Staff and volunteers who have put in an insane number of hours. And the fans who keep showing up, bringing the noise and making Gladsaxe feel like home. It’s been crazy. It’s been fun. It’s been hard. Sometimes all three at the same time. We’ve made mistakes. We’ve learned a lot. We’ve celebrated some pretty big wins and dealt with our share of challenges along the way. And somehow, we’re only two years old. So today, we get to celebrate a little. Happy 2nd birthday, Nordic Storm 🌊🏈 What a ride so far and we’re just getting started. Let me know if I forgot an @ 😅 @nordicstormfootball @nordicstormcheer @nordic_stormchasers
