I’d like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to @qmspilates for giving me and my clients a beautiful space in which to move for the last six months! If you’re interested in Classical Pilates or Gyrotonic sessions in the Ivy area, this is THE PLACE to go!
•
I’ve made the difficult decision to move again! This time I’ll be closer to home in a more quiet and intimate setting.
•
Starting next Tuesday, May 13th, you can find me at @thecoteriesuites on East Market Street.
•
Keep moving! 🌀❤️

Meet the Characters of 'Nutcracker Sweets' 🩰🍬🎄

This sensory-friendly, 'short & sweet' production features a smaller cast size with all parts played by adult performers, creating less visual stimulation than our full production of 'The Nutcracker,' making it perfect for those with disabilities and young children.

📆12/23 at 10:30AM - 'Nutcracker Sweets' abridged performance + Adaptive Class with Clara*

Want to learn more before the show? Check out our full Performance Guide with the 🔗 in bio!

*We are excited to have an ASL interpreter from @civic.access translating the entire event!

Our Partner studios part II … how did we get so lucky to have all of these incredible studios on the TFT team this year!

All of these studios have chosen to participate in a variety of capacities and each form of participation helps to push us forward! Some studios are hosting their own events, some crafted and sold their own TFT related products, some have been huge advocates for us in their studios and on social media, and some are having their instructors teach for us THIS Sunday at our flagship event!

However you chose to help us this year partner studios … we see you and we thank you! We couldn’t have done it without you 💕

REALignment 2024 👏
is our annual conference for all @therealrptt grad around the world 🌎
Because after 600h hours of certification as a 3rd generation Pilates instructor we are just student for ever. Continuing education is as important as the very first day you walked into a classical Pilates studio.

Thank you @therealpilates, all the Lead trainers and Master trainers who presented their work this year. What a Pilates family 🫶
