Why do you dance? I dance because that what my soul wants to do. And I forever want my body to be in union with my soul. I dance because it heals me. I dance to leave my mind. I dance to feel, to process, to see myself. I dance because words don’t work. I dance to shift and change. I dance because I would die if I didn’t. That is no exaggeration. The light of my life would leave my body if I did not dance. Dance is me fighting for my life, and winning. So why do you dance? Let me know in the comments, I want to hear how dance has changed you 💕💕 Come visit us at @auntivenomflowstudio sometime. We are a women centered art and movement community for adults 18+. A space for you to reconnect with you. Come dance, beautiful, show us your soul ⚡️✨🔥
