Some pictures from the men’s retreat this weekend. Good food, a few of us cold plunged in the seeming hole that was about 48°. We started talking about dealing with the impostor inside of ourselves. We had a lot of fun playing games and just cutting up. Definitely looking forward to the next one.

41 years ago I was about to deliver a baby boy and here we are and it seems as though no time has passed, and yet so many memories! Happy birthday, Josh! I love you and I’m so proud of you!

May Recap.

We had one of the best months in a long time.

We celebrated Mother's Day with our favorite tradition of dinner at River Wild on Badin Lake.

I taught my first sourdough class outside of my home.

The kids and I picked strawberries with our Fifie.

We visited our dear friends in Bryson City. We ate yummy food, played in the creeks, and breathed in the fresh mountain air.

Micole and I read A LOT more than normal.

Now we are in OKI resting and enjoying all the beach things.

Also, May was one of the best months I've had with Monat in a long time and I'm really close to hitting another rank with the company.

So thankful for these mems + excited for the summer to come. A summer of friendship. A summer of love. A summer to rediscover play and rest.

🖤💃🏻🌈🍯🐝
