Week of resetting mentally, emotionally, and physically. Some off meals and safe to say the body took well to the food. 🧠🙇🏽‍♂️

BW: 230lbs fasted.

Coach @pharmd_muscle and I had a great call today and laid out what the future will look like for competing and objectives. 🤝🏽

Going to take all 2024 to continue to grow and come back for a show late 2025… 🔥

However.. it was hard not to acknowledge what the body has been trying to tell me and also the proof in the ease of my first true offseason growth. 👀

We have decided to take the restriction off and truly see what my potential can be in the light heavyweight/heavyweight bodybuilding division. 🫣

Excited and blessed to be able to partake in this amazing sport and ready to begin working towards the ultimate goal.

Thank you all for the love and support! 🙏🏽

See you in 2025 stage. 🦍
