Big certificate for a big effort. Well done @shaunsearley and the Quality Chop team for raising a huge £7,951.49 for @acf_uk for #ethiopiatrek2018
Thanks to our friends @portlandrestaurant and @clipstonerestaurant For adding a £1 donation on your bills.
Big thanks also to our suppliers @swaledalefoods @macduffbeef @natoora for you help and kindness supporting our supper clubs.
Such a good cause. It’s been a pleasure to support @acf_uk again.

About dinner last night 🙌 1kg of grass fed shorthorn sirloin steak with confit potatoes and Isle of Wight tomatoes cooked in beef sauce 👊💢No USDA corn fed business, just a decent piece of real steak packed with beefy flavors 🐂 <<swipe to see more pictures>> Picture 2️⃣ - The legendary short horn steak. No descriptions required
Picture 3️⃣ - Grilled Langoustine
Picture 4️⃣ - Peas n Cheese
Picture 5️⃣ - Smoked cod's roe with dehydrated egg yolk
Picture 6️⃣ - Chicken parfait with pork scratching and black truffles. This was one of my favorite dishs for the night. The parfait blended perfectly well with the black truffle. Must try dish if it's on the menu
Picture 7️⃣ - *THAT* confit potatoes 🥔 so crispy, never had anything like this before 🤤
Picture 8️⃣ - Isle of Wight tomatoes in beef sauce. Not a massive fan of tomato dishes but this is something else. The beef flavor makes the tomato taste 1000x better .
