Still thinking about everything I experienced at Ultimate Wellness 👀✨

Three days of exploring wellness, longevity, biohacking and technology I had honestly never experienced before. From BrainTap and red light therapy to wellness testing, frequency-based experiences and conversations around brain health and consciousness there was so much to take in.

Some things surprised me, some left me with questions, and a few I’m already thinking about trying again. 🤍

Thank you @ultimatewellness.miami , @julia.smila , @rashaechelon and everyone who made these three days happen ✨

I had one of those conversations today that I know I’ll be thinking about for a long time.

I met Helena Reilly from Quantum Sound Therapy, and within minutes we were talking about something I believe with my whole heart:

Our children are here to evolve us.

Not for us to fix.
Not for us to force into systems that weren’t designed for them.
Not for us to mould into who we think they should be.

They are showing us something.

Helena told me that when she was working as a child psychologist, she realized very quickly that if she wanted to truly support a child, she had to support the wellness of the mother too.

YES.

Because a child doesn’t exist in isolation.

They are growing inside an environment.

And that environment includes us.

Our nervous systems.
Our stress.
Our energy.
Our relationships.
Our expectations.
The way we respond when things get hard.

We talked about what happens when we create greater coherence in that environment instead of constantly asking the CHILD to change.

And then Helena started telling me about her beautiful little granddaughter and everything this tiny human is teaching HER.

I loved that.

Because after decades of doing this work, she is still allowing a child to be her teacher.

Helena has been working with sound, frequency and this technology for decades. She shared with me that the potential impact of Quantum Sound Therapy can be equivalent to 100,000 people meditating together at the same time.

And her vision?

Not simply helping one person feel better.

Healing the planet.

Now THAT is a conversation I want to be part of.

We have something special for you. Comment “light” to get on the waitlist and be the first to know!

Your voice is more powerful than you’ve been taught.

Sound can regulate the nervous system.
Unlock emotion.
Awaken creativity.
Shift consciousness.
Reconnect us to something ancient and deeply human.

That’s why I’m honoured to be speaking at the Sacred Sounds Summit 2026, June 24–26. My personal interview will be aired on June 25.

A global gathering of visionary teachers exploring sound as medicine, transformation, art, science, ceremony, and awakening. 💜#sacredsound #sacredsound #singing Free registration: LINK IN BIO or https://shannonbrownhealingarts.com/suzanne
