after 12 months performing in this cavalcade, it is honestly bittersweet to believe its closing!
from ponytails to headbands, from bald spots & tears to smiles & so many laughs, celebrating the 70th has been an experience for the books. performing with my fellow dancers has made every day a new adventure and this is a bond for life! and to all the photographers who catured our shenanigans and celebrated alongside us…thank you.
i love each and every one of you so much 💖 CELEBRATE ON THREE

8 years went by so fast. Although I am still around the resort for a little bit longer, I have already had my last performance on the parade route. I’ve told this story in all of my Traditions classes - after auditioning for about eight years, often making it to the very end and not getting cast, I was starting to think I was not cut out to be a dancer at Disneyland. After another open call in 2017, I was very excited to get an email offer for Pixar Play Parade. Upon opening the email, I got a little less excited, because it was for Heimlich Head. I was hesitant to accept, but I was finally given an opportunity to join Parades, so I accepted the offer in hopes that maybe I would get to dance soon after. I’m very glad I took that chance, because it opened the door to so many wonderful opportunities: being in the closing cast for some offerings, opening cast for new offerings, bringing back classic offerings, being a Standby performer, and so many more. I consider myself extremely lucky that I was a part of the Parades legacy, and I will miss it so much. Most of all, I will miss performing for our Guests. I am very grateful to have gotten to know many of them, and receive their encouragement and support. Extra special shout out to the photographers and videographers who dedicated so much of their time and talents to capture so many wonderful moments that I will look back on and cherish forever. I honestly could’ve been a Parade performer until my body gave out, but the Universe made space for a new adventure to begin. Thank you Parades for making a little boy’s dreams come true. Until next time 🫶🏾✨. #disneyland #dlrcastlife #wecreatehappiness #disneylandparade #disneyperformer

Words can’t begin to describe how much all of the “Friends” I made mean to me. 🐅👴🏻🤖🐎👯‍♂️🐻🍎

Big Al was my the first time ever meeting guest in character. 🐻🎸

Tigger is the reason I got to perform in the 1st place. Tigger will also means the WORLD to me and I will forever be honored I got to tell his story. 🐅

Geppetto is amazing, I got to partner with so many amazing performers as a father/son duo. I will treasure all the times I had to pinch myself & remembering I was skipping down Main Street in A FREAKING DISNEYLAND CAVALCADE. 👴🏻🪵🕰️

Horace Horsecollar, the unsung hero who is finally getting his flowers (Happy Year of the Horse [Collar]). Homeboy let me borrow 3 outfits, & each one of them slayed. Because of him I got to do a show, Stitch’s Dance Party. I got to get paid to dance & be silly (my absolute dream). 🐎🕺🪩🧧🏮

The Old Hag, from Snow White. Snow White is my favorite Disney movie & I never thought I’d be a character from that movie so it was an absolute dream (nightmare?) to get to be her & be creepy and crazy. 👵🏻🍎☠️

Lotso!!!! Pink, rules the school, and wants to watch the world burn. He’s Regina George in toy form, need I say more? 🧸💖🔥

Tweedles, & Baymax were cool too lol 🤖👨‍⚕️👯‍♂️🧢

🌟BETTER TOGETHER 🌟 BEST 🌟SUMMER 🌟EVER!! 🌟 I’m still trying to find the words… but mostly, thank you! 🥹✨

For the skates, the sweat, the soul, the support — and the joy. To the incredible cast and crew who brought the magic, and to the friends and guests who met us with open hearts — you made this summer unforgettable. ❤️💛💙 The friendships we’ve made feel like forever — the kind that only happen when you share something this special. Thank you for the love, the laughter, and the moments that will live in my heart always.

To friendship. And beyond!
