It's important to protect your skin 365 days a year no excuse. UV Ray's can still pierce through windows and cause damage to the skin. Also even when the sun is not out UV Ray's are still hitting your skin. You can prevent aging and damage skin with using a Suncreen with an SPF 30 or 50. Make sure to use after moisturizing your skin. Just know you can't reverse the sun damage of years by applying but you can PREVENT FURTHER SKIN DAMAGE AND PRE-AGING by using sunscreen. Although mineral sunscreen is better choice for the environment, it does leave a white cast which is undesirable especially in darker skin tones and is a bit more pricey. However there are plenty of great sunscreens that are affective and affordable and although are a chemical sunscreen still is amazing. @supergoop @blackgirlsunscreen @innisfreeusa are just a few but that I highly recommend!!!
