It’s my birthday week! Talk about a roller coaster of emotions and physical exhaustion (including the nausea, lack of sleep, and breaking glass/falling/my car breaking down). It has been a loooooong week, month, season, few years…

I’m naturally feeling very nostalgic because typically my birthday is bitter(sweet). I’m just really thankful to have people in my corner again—and the right ones this time. I think Caitlin over the years would totally hang out with 33 year old me. I mean… it took decades to say and believe so, but I’m pretty badass.

The universe and Mother Nature really keep me on my toes. Here’s just a few snapshots of this Virgo season. More to come - I’m nothing if not a writer and documentarian 🖤 ✨⚡️

Because a woman standing alone is strong… BUT a woman held by other women becomes UNSTOPPABLE.

There is something sacred about being surrounded by women who want to see you win.
Women who clap when you rise, who hold space when you fall, who remind you who you are when you forget.

Started the day soaking up the sunshine and letting my inner child out with a beautiful group of women!!! We went to a cute pumpkin patch @faulknersranch - cute lil day of us just letting our inner child play. Much needed✨

Moments like this remind me of the power of community and sisterhood. Women were meant to gather and connect. We are so powerful together! 💓

Later in the day, we rehomed our kitties to this lovely older lady whose cats actually had just passed away. (We found out Chris is allergic) So needless to say, it’s been an emotional day. I found myself feeling silly for crying over a cat, but dang. She was my girl. I feel so lucky to have had such a great connection with her & I hope she provides the same happiness she provided me to the older lady named Marcia.
