I choose to challenge more women to shed off the dependency syndrome. I believe we can effect so much impact in our worlds even as individuals.

(Black Diary)
I met her in the cafe in May on a Monday
We had a date that same week Thursday
We started dating the following year's may.
It was a lovely couple we made
And we made a promise never to lie in the same bed
Until we were perfectly Wed.
But as time went by
A simple light kiss from her got me high
In bed with her I wanted so badly to lie.
I started avoiding the restraints of my promise
I started to desire from her more than a kiss
And this became a problem until our relationship lost its bliss
Notwithstanding the many times I tried
A thousand requests to make love she denied
Until With time my persuasion died!
Instead of sweet talks I made threats
Instead of restaurants I booked hotels for our dates
Instead or hopes I started to give her regrets!
Then one day I went too far
I pressed too hard she fought back but ended up with a scar
I disgraced her....... She silently cried
Then finally sighed
Had her tears dried
And said to me

We don't and never needed to take our clothes off to have fun
You don't need me naked to see my beauty or feel like a man
You don't need to rush
A man who can't wait till am his wife to do this is nothing but trash
We could have just had a dance
Maybe taken a tour to France!
We could have told jokes and laughed!
We could have eaten till we got staffed!
We could have lied on a glade and watched the stars
Instead you chose to rip my dignity and leave me dressed in scars!
And now am not as pretty as I was
Whats left to look forward to if you have already seen me without my clothes
I should have seen you for what you were
A devil in white with a crooked stare
Go and never call
You are worse than the rest of them all.
I left feeling nothing
I was eager to do it and feel something
But I felt empty
Nothing but empathy
I got what I wanted but lost what I needed.
I should have waited... Maybe then my beloved's precious life wouldn't have ended.
