Hey y'all! You may have noticed I've been on a few more show flyers lately- thanks to support from friends and family, I've finally started performing regularly again (beyond my usual karaoke gigs). I'm feeling more confident and more aligned with both my drag persona and my personal life. Part of my next chapter will be competing and with pageant season coming up, I've decided to put my name forward for Miss @tripridetn !

Last year I celebrated my 8th drag birthday at TrPride and I met so many incredible people alongside some of my best friends. With a drag family originating in Johnson City and my own family living in Unicoi, it feels just like coming home. Whether I'm on the mainstage or not, join us on October 10th for a 10/10 celebration of the LGBTQ+ community!

I come from a long line of titleholders on both sides of the Southern Appalachians. My early years spent competing in Asheville and Johnson City has pushed me to develop my aesthetic, polish my presentation skills, and challenge what I thought was possible. Pageantry is how the drag community pays homage to the legendary entertainers that have paved the way and it's a tried and true way to cultivate the next generation of drag artists with insight from their peers and mentors. Drag competition has made me into the entertainer and advocate I am today.

My reign as Miss Blue Ridge Pride 2024 was anything but orthodox but it's my hope to carry my torch of queer community building over Sam's Gap and to represent the "Jewel of the Blue Ridge Mountains" well on August 23rd. Here I am, wish me luck!
