REINTRODUCTION
〰️
Hey family 👋🏽 New folks I’m so happy to have you here and wanted to reintroduce myself. You may not read all this but here it is.

I started Afro Yoga in 2017 and have been a full time entrepreneur for 4 years. I worked in many industries from the time I was 16 and before I went all in on AY I was a server at a sushi restaurant.

I fell in love with yoga two times. One after a transcendental moment of bliss in a hot yoga class and the other when I learned about the yogic philosophy behind it.

I was born in Madrid and didn’t actually come to the U.S. until I was 7 and had lived in 3 countries by then. Air Force family :)

My upbringing embedded in me a deep love for family, community, travel and a curiosity about the world and the people in it.

I daydream often about being in distant lands and enjoy the quality of life outside of America. Jamaica is one of my favorite places on Earth.

I believe that as you learn you should teach. That growing pains are very real and they require you to stand firm in your spiritual connection, which is what I value most in my own life.

On the top of my bucket list travel are Rio de Jainero, taking the Orient Express train through Italy, surfing and dancing the night away in Dakar.

I love Afro Yoga and the community here — I care deeply about your wellbeing and entrepreneurial pursuits. I know we all have a gift inside yearning to be seen and activated.

I work hard, but in seasons. I rest often and no interest in grind culture. I believe in getting clear on what you want and aligning with it through your efforts and knowing.

I’m highly intuitive and empathic, so I’m careful about where I put myself, when and with whom. I can be a wallflower or the life of a party.

Lastly, I’m an aquarius sun, sag rising and taurus moon. Which means I’m a rebel who loves luxury and laughter. A vibe basically. I also have an immaculate sense of style and am complimented in it often.

I hope you love it here as much as I do. Thanks for being here ❤️
