ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL YEAR
Queer Jardin came and went at @botanicalgardnliverpool. 10+ events with colourful lineups, making this Liverpool gem the heart of all the Queer summer garden parties.
While I curate and produce, none of this would be possible without the amazing artists who have become friends over this course. In no particular order: @thegigidarling @dragfeast @cocofabulicious @drossqueen_official @livlifedraw @thequeenofheartbreak @itscharlotterays @shanita_glitter
And of course the biggest, most heartfelt thank you to @ljgoat and @xmisterxcarrx from @cheekybunsliverpool for being the absolute icons who let Queer chaos reign each summer! Love you!

I got to go to two whole incredible, unique events this week!
I love a Theme, I love folklore, I love community!
It's really cool to see art and passion and storytelling expressed in so many unique ways :3 thank you wyrd wyrale for the volunteering opportunity at such a cool folklore celebration, and thank you knock twice cabaret for a spectacular, enigmatic show! Having an interactive codebreaking mission was so much fun?

Also shout out cheeky buns for a rly good vegan menu 🙏🏻

I'm upset I couldn't make Drip on Friday, I had a full weekend plan of incredible events, but chronic pain is a bitch and I had to cancel my Friday to try and rest :/ having such a wide range of incredible events in three days really shows how much artistry and passion there is in Merseyside!!!

Now back to hibernating to recover 🫡

A snapshot of January featuring:

2 big walks 🌲
2 trips to Liverpool
My first ever drag show courtesy of @the.creationship.collective
My first time dancing a Ceilidh (my trio was used as the example for how to do a reel)
I also ran my longest distance of 14km 👟

Not bad for a month synonymous with being cold, dark and miserable 🗓️

MCR Pride 2025 🥰🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ Completed it mate!
-
Mumma and Pappa heights both came to see to see me this year.
I marched the parade again with @glitterfyepresents decked out in a beautiful outfit, lovingly constructed by my wonderful supportive partner @phirolite 🥰
Got to perform alongside some of my favourite people at @milkinitmcr for a Pride special.
I got to entertain the masses on the street yet again with some DJing for REM Bar.
And a whole lot of fun was had with the people who mean the most to me in the world.
Heart full ❤️and sore feet 👣
Until next year. 💋
