Summer Bounce tickets available now!

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Pride has always been a protest. But sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is simply exist.

Not every act of resistance has to be loud. Sometimes it looks like waking up, going to work, loving who you love, looking after your health, laughing with friends, building a life, and refusing to shrink yourself to make others comfortable.

For so many LGBTQ+ people, living openly, peacefully, and authentically is still a radical act. That’s something I think we don’t celebrate enough.

These days, that’s what Pride often looks like for me. Outside of performing, speaking, or intentionally representing the many different parts of who I am, I find just as much meaning in living an ordinary life as an openly queer person. Choosing joy. Choosing peace. Choosing to be fully myself.

Our community needs the activists, the artists, the organisers, the performers, the educators, and the people on the front lines. But it also needs people simply living visible, fulfilled, healthy, happy lives. That visibility quietly tells someone else, “You can get here too.”

Never underestimate the power of your presence.

Sometimes, showing up as your everyday self is more than enough. 🌈

DJ, producer, and @blediparty founder @sxksu shares how the club night has become a vital space for London’s queer SWANA community.

Named after the Arabic word for “my homeland”, Bledi was created in response to a lack of spaces where queer SWANA people could celebrate their cultures, dance freely, and feel safe. Bringing together DJs, drag performers, belly dancers, visual artists, and community organisations, the night has grown into a platform that champions queer artists of colour while raising vital funds for migrant communities and humanitarian causes.

Inspired by the DIY nightlife prominent in East London, Bledi is building a home for SWANA culture on the dancefloor; one rooted in joy, solidarity, and collective care.

ICYMI, we’re keeping it real cute for Valentine’s.

A huge debut soiree from @taalinotcharlie and @tarts.ldn, complete with the crème de la crème of QTIBPOC clubland (final slide for the lineup).

But beware, they’re down to the final advance tix! Holding back a limited number for the door, but we strongly advise you secure yours head of time.

Voguing battles, vendors (tarot, tattoos, tooth gems, piercings), pole dancers + a whole lot more. This is just as much for the singles as the lovebirds, and if you're heading down solo, there will be a Tarts social at 10 PM 💘

It’s gonna be fab x
