BACK FOR ROUND 4❤️‍🔥⚡️💥🔥Remember that phrase: “Dance like no one is watching?”
.
Do you remember a time when dancing & feeling IN your body felt free, joyful, safe & liberating?
.
We’ve spent the past few years dancing up and down the various beaches and deserts in our retreat locations. And we have witnessed first-hand the incredible transformations to moods, emotions, mindsets and even bodies that can take place with just a little movement medicine.
.
Join the @wildwomen_tribe community for an AT HOME 21-day dance challenge, where all ya need to do is commit to a personal daily dance practice with YOU!
.
HERE’S HOW TO JOIN
1. Comment “let’s dance!” or your favorite dance emojis below. 💃🏻💥👣🔥🎉
2. Repost to your stories and tag your besties to call them into the fun!
3. Follow @wildwomen_tribe (if you want - not necessary but it’ll help you see all the other dancers in the challenge)
4. Log each dance day with an Instagram stories photo or video of you dancing to ONE SONG (minimum but we recommend a 10-min dance break with the hashtag #adanceaday and the day of the challenge noted (example: Day 3 = 3/21)
5. Keep it up at your pace and enjoy the accountability of seeing others lighting up with the gift of dance
.
Sure, it might be uncomfortable. You might feel awkward. Or weird. Or silly. And definitely vulnerable. But isn’t that the whole point of growth…? It’s also a chance to reclaim our bodies, reconnect with our childlike play, freedom of expression and JOY. It might seem like “just dancing” but an entire journey opens up when you allow yourself to explore your relationship with music and movement.
.
So let’s get our DANCE on…!! Starts June 1 — but join anytime. You dance to the rhythm of your own drum so all that matters is that you MOVE! 🥁💥✨

💚 Happy Flow Arts Friday! Using this as my #stopdropandspin for @jeon_rainbow_unicorn . Passing the spin love to @hoop.pixie @butterfl0w @quelhoopz and @hoopwithmissy .

🥂Here’s another flow from New Year’s Eve. So grateful for that wonderful day. 😊 I hope to have many more in the future. 🤞🏽Loving this under the leg weave that I learned from @mersinakhatal . Been trying to add it into my flows lately. 🙌🏾 I have also been having fun experimenting with isos and movement lately. 🥰 Excited to see how my flow will evolve this year.

🍜What are your favorite things to do when you have a free day?

Always great to be tagged in/invited for #StopDropAndSpin , so thank you @slammy_flows 🥰🤗!
I made a small mistake in this flow, but decided to keep it in the video. That's also what flowing is🌸.

Passing it on to @holahoops_ @hoopseahoopers @grow.withthefloww @quelhoopz and @phoenixfllows .
Show me your lovely stopdropandspins if you feel like it😊✨.

Day 5️⃣ of Fall in love with your flow challenge by @misshoopsalot 🍁
@beth_spins prompt is to use one of our favorite flow artists and emulate their flow in whatever fashion we choose. I chose @quelhoopz 🥰 something I notice about her flow is she uses her body & stance to create more movement with her hoop & flow. And a lot of off body movements. So I used that as inspo 💕

Go with the flow 💖

Wait I love this video so much omg😻 a tiny bit long because I didn't expect to pop off like that at the end of the song lol, I couldn't bring myself to crop it down any further. Thanks so much to anyone who actually watched the whole 88 seconds 🙏 using as my #stopdropandspin for the lovely @butdebra_y & passing the spins along to @lioness_spins @amber_flowz @madiposaflows @quelhoopz @flowfriendly if you feel up to it 🥰
