These guys are the proof of real development and I’m so proud of these guys💯 (READ MORE)

When you talk about youth and grassroots basketball you can’t run a program without development. Lots of teams out there claim they have it but in reality they throw kids on a team that doesn’t fit and watch the kid sit the bench. Or they recruit the best kids so coaches don’t actually have to coach and help improve players that need it (which they ALL DO). We don’t choose the easy way out because kids deserve better. From most skilled to least our mission is the same. Take them from where they are to where they want to be. This includes educating EVERY PLAYER and parent honestly on what it takes to get them better and executing on a plan to do so. This takes long hours and a committed village (Parents, players, and coaches). It’s all worth it to see these guys hit their goals. Let’s goo!!

A huge congrats to our 14U team for taking home the championship and our 13U team for their hard-fought 2nd place finish. While we're proud of the accomplishment, we know 2nd place isn't the goal. The loss gave us a clear picture of what we need to work on, and we're ready to get back in the gym to learn and grow💪🏀!!

Mentorship is key to growth. We're lucky to have Coach Quentin Marcelo on the sidelines. Having played for Coach Mike himself, he’s now sharing his knowledge with our team. While he works toward his professional overseas career, he’s dedicated to helping our players grow, proving the lessons on the court last a lifetime.
