Nicht jeder Weg führt auf einen Gipfel. 🏔️

Manchmal sind es die Begegnungen, die Gespräche und die kleinen Momente zwischendurch, die ein Abenteuer besonders machen.

Ich liebe die Berge, die Trails und die Herausforderungen. Aber am Ende sind es oft die Menschen, die aus Erlebnissen echte Erinnerungen machen.

Und ganz ehrlich? Es darf auch einfach mal nur ein Lächeln sein. 😉

Manchmal spürt man, dass Bewegung mehr ist als nur Sport. 🏔️

Es geht darum, sich weiterzuentwickeln, neue Perspektiven zu entdecken und offen zu bleiben für das, was das Leben noch bereithält.

Dabei sind es oft die Menschen, die wir unterwegs treffen, die einen besonderen Unterschied machen. Menschen, die unsere Leidenschaft teilen, uns inspirieren und mit denen selbst die steilsten Wege ein bisschen leichter werden.

Ich weiß nicht immer genau, wohin der Weg führt. Aber ich weiß, dass ich neugierig bleiben, mich weiterentwickeln und meinen Weg mit offenem Herzen gehen möchte.

Das Leben bleibt in Bewegung. Und ich auch. 🔥

Bei uns ist gerade wenig Zeit für Sport. Wir packen gerade ziemlich viel Zeug in Kisten, sitzen viel im Auto und sehen die Berge nur im Vorbeifahren. In zwei Wochen sind wir umgezogen und wir haben hoffentlich wieder mehr Zeit für unsere gemeinsame Leidenschaft ⛰️

Anfang Oktober waren wir dafür endlich beim @deuter Community Run, organisiert von @quer.feld.zwei - die haben auch diese schicken Fotos gemacht 🤩

Wenn ihr Bock auf eine Feierabendrunde habt, dabei nicht alleine aber trotzdem in eurer Pace laufen wollt, ist der monatliche Community Run am Blomberg eure Adresse. Und danach gibt es Essen 😌

Übrigens: Am 03. November findet der nächste - und für dieses Jahr auch letzte - Community Run am Blomberg statt ⛰️🏃🏻‍♀️

Le meilleur sentier, c’est souvent celui qu’on partage à plusieurs. 🌲
Le Traick suit le mouvement, même quand le groupe s’étire.

Le sourire revient toujours plus vite avec une gorgée au bon moment. 💧
Deux flasks sur les bretelles du Traick, toujours à portée de main.

Grimper, discuter, rigoler — sans jamais lâcher le rythme du groupe. 🏃‍♀️
Le Traick range les bâtons en un geste, prêt à repartir.

Courir en groupe, c’est aussi courir léger d’esprit. 🌲
Rien qui gêne, juste le plaisir d’avancer ensemble.

Ce qu’on retient d’une sortie, ce sont les éclats de rire en chemin. 🙌
Le Traick suit le rythme du groupe et se fait oublier. Un groupe de coureurs vus de dos sur un chemin forestier, plusieurs portant le gilet Traick bleu floqué deuter, accompagnés d'un chien.

Was eine Woche.
Urlaub bei schönstem Herbstwetter.
Von Solo-Bergabenteuern bis zum Tierparkbesuch einfach mal alles dabei gewesen und mal wieder ein paar Dinge von der „wollte ich schon immer mal machen“ Liste streichen können. 🥰🥰🥰

Danke @deuter für ein tolles (wenn auch schulbedingt kurzes) Wochenende am Reschensee! Es war mal wieder sehr inspirierend zu hören wie’s anderen Markenbotschaftern und Athleten geht und welche Herausforderungen, aber auch Ziele sie haben. Ich weiß diese Treffen sehr wertzuschätzen, denn es ist heutzutage keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr, dass Marken ihren Botschafter:innen ein solches Wochenende ermöglichen ☺️🙏🏼 Danke euch vielmals!

A quick trip to the Alps for the @deuter Pro Team meeting!

I had the privilege of giving a keynote titled “More Than an Athlete” , focusing on how understanding industry needs and content creation can help athletes build new career pathways while continuing to progress in their craft.

It was great to connect with teammates (many for the first time!), hear about upcoming product plans, and share ideas. To top it off, we went on one of the most scenic trail runs I’ve experienced, which made mindsurfing unforgettable!

Fully packed weekend, fully packed heart. 💚

Some days are quiet. Days filled with routines, chores, familiar places and the kind of nothingness that doesn’t make for a story — but is still a life being lived.

And then, every now and then, there are those weekends where you somehow fit a whole little lifetime into just a few hours. You see new places, discover things, meet people, experience something unexpected. Your mind feels wide awake, taking in everything it can, and suddenly there’s so much to remember from such a short amount of time.

And then you go home again.

Back to the quiet. Back to the routines. Back to the ordinary days.

I think I’ve come to appreciate that life doesn’t have to be an adventure all the time to be meaningful. Maybe we need the stillness just as much as we need the moments that fill us to the brim.

I like both. I need both.

The ordinary days that ground me, and the rare, full days that remind me how much there is to experience.

Maybe a full life isn’t about constantly doing more — but about having room for both. ✨

What about you — do you also need that contrast between slow days and completely packed ones?
