A few behind the scenes pics from yesterday morning with @by_lmphotography at @quest_studios 🤍📸

Ada slept almost the whole time and we even caught a little (windy?) smile 🤣

So excited to see how all the gorgeous photos turned out 🥹

The beautiful knitted outfit Ada is wearing is by @hank_knitwear ✨

A year ago I had the pleasure of photographing @xthuyle and @qp__ just before they met their little bundle of joy. 🤍

Thank you for trusting me to document these memories for you.

A little more behind the method 🦢

Amy Bird Method was created from a love of movement, a deep understanding of the body, and the belief that Pilates should feel personal, supportive and purposeful.

From ballet to rehabilitation-led Pilates, every part of Amy’s journey has shaped the way she teaches today, with a focus on moving well, feeling stronger and ultimately, feeling better in your body.

This is the heart behind the method.
