• This is the fantastic looking Mazda MX-5 NB of Mantas Sliogeris, powered by a proper American V8, a 450Hp LS2 unit, making this still Street Legal but quite bonkers 1150Kg Miata a true Monster. Built for Gymkhana events originally, but used for Drift and Sprint stuff, it participated for the 2nd time on our Quick60 Challenge event in spectacular fashion, reaching a Top 15 place once again. And hopefully we´ll see this Monster come back this year for even more sideways action... •

Fantastic performance by Richard Wright clocking fastest time piloting SCR Impreza by entering Wild class at Quick60, unfortunately during knockout round in top 2 for the top spot he went off track after the finish line, which resulted him being placed in to P2 for the day.
What a machine and a driver!

The mighty little MiataEvo rests between runs at the phenomenal Quick60 event at Mallory Park, where Mantas went on to win the ‘Modified’ class and share the winners circle with legends Olly Clark of @rogerclarkmotorsport and Ramūnas Čepulis of @s2000poweruk. Overall, it was an amazing event and a bit of a fever dream – a day in a parallel world that brought together incredible builds and drivers from across the the UK’s diverse and broad motorsport scene who often don’t get a chance to overlap... Including drivers from disciplines close to our hearts, @timeattack_uk and @formula.g! Wasn’t Marvel’s ‘Infinity War’ marketed as “the most ambitious crossover event in history”? Well, I think they’ve been trumped...

SCR BRZ AWD - One of runs during QUICK60 elimination rounds at Mallory Park

Still loads of work to get that car to do the high speed corners job properly, but yet very very fast around the track, finishing 4th in class during knockout battles and 11th overall from aprox 60 cars entered.

Turn your volume down! My onboard video from my first and only elimination round run at @quick60challenge. My time placed me 6th in class, with only the top 5 progressing. Watching the onboard back I can see how conservative I was in not pushing the car or myself more - I made a lot of progress on Sunday though thanks to @thesloman, so I’ll be back next year and will hopefully find a few seconds!

P.s. apologies for the 80s group B soundtrack, my action cam apparently doesn’t have the best mic 😂
