Who says pancakes are just for weekends? 🥞☀️ We think these Banana Oat Pancakes are a delicious start to any day of the week! @quickandeasyeats used almond milk, bananas and rolled oats for the batter, so they could be made gluten- and dairy-free too. The recipe is below, courtesy of @quickandeasyeats. Thanks for sharing with us, Amy! . . . . . . . 📸 @quickandeasyeats . . . . . . . Healthy Banana Oat Pancakes 🥞 These pancakes are so delicious and come with no guilt! I like to make a couple at a time and then save the batter for the rest of the week – it can last up to a week in the refrigerator. Enjoy! * Makes 12 pancakes * INGREDIENTS • 2 ripe bananas • 2 eggs • 1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk • 2 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon • 1/4 tsp salt * optional: toppings can include fresh fruit, nuts, pure maple syrup, or any other toppings of your choice DIRECTIONS 1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1 min 2. Spray a large pan with cooking spray & heat on medium heat 3. Pour batter into pan in desired sizes & flip when the batter starts to bubble 4. Let cook for 30 seconds & then keep flipping them until you get your desired color

🍅 Slow Cooker Veggie Mixed Pulses Soup 🥣 (3-4 serves) . . No time to waste this morning. I was in a hurry to attend gym fitness exercise, then rush to work. . . 😃 😎 Happy cool Sunday. This is a simple pre-planned homecooked healthy delicious and nutritious soup. Easy, just put all the ingredients into slow cooker. Set high for 30 minutes (optional), then low heat setting for 8 hours. Or high heat setting for 4 hours. One benefit of using the low heat setting is that the vegetables and pulses do not become mushy, and keeps their structures intact. . . Ingredients: 1/2 cups dry mixed pulses (soup mix) @ohsonaturalwholefoods 1 large fresh carrot 🥕, large cubes 1 large fresh zucchini, large cubes 2 large fresh tomatoes 🍅, large cubes 1/2 large brown onion 🧅, chopped 3 cups veggie stock (homemade) 1/2 tsp vegeta seasoning powder . . ——————————————————— #easyrecipes #easysoup #healthysoup #quickandeasymeals #quickandeasyfood #quickandeasy #quickandeasyrecipes #professionalwomen #busylifestyle #eatathome #balanceddiet #lowglycemic #nutritiousanddelicious #wheatfree #heartfoundation #guthealthy #guthealthyfood #soup #mixedsouprecipe #myowncooking #fitandhealthy #lotofveggies #highfibre #highfibrefood #unprocessedfood #pulses #plantbasedrecipes #plantbaseddiet #veggies #veggierecipes
