LSPR 2026!!!!

The event was a total blast!!!
I finally was able to get into the car with my sister @nykanencharlotte co-driving for me and oh boy did we have a good time

Day one we off really well. We got to learn each other's style of racing because neither of us has ridden with the other before and by the end of the day we were leading in class and 2nd overall regional.

After a long night of reprep we went back out for day 2. First loop went perfect and after a short service we went out for second and final loop of the day

Thats wen we sent it just a little bit to hard and on the landing of the jump in pic number 2 we hit and broke loos a coolant fitting and lost all the coolant. With the car overheating we limped to the end of stage. We still had one stage to go. Then absolute legend @samjox676 and @cys_motorsports pulled up and offered to tow us thru the next stage and all the way back to the end of the race.

With there help and were able to finish and still take 3rd in class!!

Huge thanks to everyone who helped me get thu this race!!!!!!

Our trails wouldn’t be what they are without the businesses and organizations that believe in the value of outdoor recreation.

A huge thank you to our Double Black Diamond Sponsors for supporting NTN and our trails at the highest level. We’re grateful for you and the outdoor community we’re building together.

Thank you for being part of it!

New Bike Day is the best day. Welcome to the fleet, Yeti.

Few rides in on this beast, and it absolutely rips. Nothing was necessarily wrong with my transition, as it is still plenty modern, and aggressive. But I felt it was time to get something more race focused. And that it is. After a few rides on this thing, it is absolutely glued to the ground. Riding it on jumps, is where you notice the huge wheelbase, and more planted suspension. It'll be something I come to like, but with time.

I'll try to get some words out about a bit of a longer term "review". I haven't gotten to play with the linkage chips, or a 27.5 rear wheel yet. Really stoked to get my hands on something this incredible. Can't wait to get it out and race it at Copper Harbor Trails Fest here in a couple weeks.

We want to see everyone out racing this weekend.

If you aren't racing. The rest of the mountain will be open. Minus the top of OG DH. The T-Bar will be open with food and drinks for purchase. Grab some grub and watch racers rip up the grass corners at the bottom of the course!

The fresh course is for RACERS ONLY! So you should sign up!

See you out there!
