Sometimes it’s mind boggling to look back and see how far this journey has taken me. Ten years ago, I was facing evictions, repossessions, and some of the toughest moments of my life. Fast forward to today, and I’ve built a space that’s truly one of one.

The aesthetic is undeniable, but what makes SVG3 special is the community behind it. The people I’ve connected with, the relationships I’ve built, and the growth I’ve witnessed have made every obstacle along the way worth it.

And when I say I’m just getting started, I truly mean that. There’s so much more to this vision, and some incredible things are already in motion that I can’t wait to share with y’all.

What started as a dream has become something bigger than I ever imagined. Grateful for the journey, proud of how far we’ve come, and even more excited for what’s ahead.

This is only the beginning for SVG3. 🏁

Listen, we love y’all… just not ALL of y’all. 😅

All jokes aside, there’s a reason SVG3 is a private, members only facility.

We believe the environment you train in matters just as much as the training itself.

No overcrowded floors. No unnecessary chaos. No fighting over equipment. And definitely no wondering if the person before you knows what a disinfectant wipe is.

Just a clean, intentional space where our members respect the facility, respect each other, and value the experience.

Exclusivity isn’t just about limiting access. It’s about protecting the experience. 🔒

Curious what SVG3 is all about? 👀

Another one in the books. 🖤🏁

First and foremost, I want to give Christa her flowers. 💐

Watching her grow throughout this mentorship has been a reminder of why I started doing this in the first place.

Because being a great trainer is about so much more than knowing how to put someone through a workout.

It’s about confidence. Leadership. Communication. Understanding your value. Learning how to build relationships, create opportunities, and turn your passion into something sustainable.

Over the last several years, I’ve had the privilege of helping trainers develop not only their skills as coaches, but the foundation to build real businesses and careers in this industry.

And every time I see someone step into their potential, it reminds me why this work matters.

Christa, I’m proud of you. Proud of the work you’ve put in, the growth you’ve shown, and even more excited for what’s ahead of you. This is only the beginning.

As one chapter closes, it might be time to open the door for someone else.

To the trainer who’s passionate about what they do but knows they’re capable of more… maybe it’s your turn.

Some spaces just speak for themselves. 🏁

From the aesthetic and intentional design to the exclusivity of a private, members only facility, every detail is created to give you an experience that goes beyond your typical gym.

But what truly sets us apart is the community. A place where you feel at home, surrounded by people who share the same mindset, energy, and commitment to becoming better.

More than just a gym. It’s an environment you want to be part of, a community you want to belong to, and a standard you can feel the moment you walk through our doors.

Experience it for yourself.

One decision can literally change your entire life.

I went from being a union bartender, working a job where people literally retire making incredible money, sometimes $20K a month, to waking up one day and quitting cold turkey.

No backup plan. No guarantees. Just knowing deep down that I wasn’t happy and that there had to be more to life than making good money doing something I didn’t love.

I went from that to becoming a personal trainer making $9 an hour. Barely bringing in $2K a month.

Think about that for a second. I gave up financial security to start completely over at the bottom.

And I’d do it all over again.

I put my head down and WORKED. I obsessed over my craft. I focused on getting real transformations, coaching competitors, building something people believed in. Eventually, I had women flying in from all over the world just to train with me. At one point, I had seven trainers working under me.

And now, fast forward to today, I own my own premium private training facility.

Something that once felt so far out of reach is now my reality.

But what people don’t see is everything that came with getting here. The sacrifices. The uncertainty. The moments of questioning yourself. The days where you’re working your ass off and wondering if any of it is actually going to pay off.

None of this happened overnight.

Watching this video back honestly hits different because I can finally say I’m genuinely happy. I’m proud of what I’ve built. I’m proud of the life I get to live. But more than anything, I’m proud of the version of me who had the courage to walk away when everyone else probably thought I was crazy.

Because that one decision changed EVERYTHING.

And if there’s one thing I hope someone takes from my story, it’s this…

SHOOT YOUR SHOT.

Stop staying somewhere just because it’s comfortable. Stop letting the fear of starting over keep you from becoming who you know you’re capable of being.

You get one life. Take the risk. Bet on yourself. Go after what genuinely makes you happy.

I’d rather fail chasing a life I love than spend my whole life wondering what could’ve happened if I tried. 🏁

Not just another gym. A whole different training experience.

A private space. An elevated atmosphere. A community that values quality, focus, and the freedom to train without the distractions of a crowded commercial gym.

Because where you train matters just as much as how you train.

Once you experience private, you won’t want to go back. 🏁

There’s just a different kind of peace that comes with walking into a private facility. 🏁

Knowing your community. Knowing the energy. Knowing the standard. Knowing you’re walking into a space where you can just show up, be yourself, and focus on YOU.

No unnecessary anxiety. No wondering who’s going to be there or what kind of energy you’re walking into. No feeling like you have to put on a mask or be someone you’re not just to feel comfortable in your environment.

That’s what makes a private facility different. 🏁

It’s not just about having equipment and a place to work out. It’s about creating an environment where privacy, respect, security, and community actually mean something.

Because not every space needs to be accessible to everybody. Sometimes having standards and being intentional about who you allow into your environment is exactly what protects the culture you’re building.

And THAT is something you can’t put a price on.

A gym should be more than a place you train. It should be a place where you feel safe, supported, respected, and completely comfortable being yourself.

The environment matters.
The people matter.
The STANDARD matters.

That’s the beauty of training private. 🏁

There’s something powerful about a woman who knows what she wants and is willing to put in the work to get there.

It’s about more than just physical strength. It’s the confidence you build, the discipline you develop, and the pride that comes from knowing you’re capable of more than you once believed.

Keep challenging yourself, trust your journey, and never underestimate what you can accomplish. 🤍

A lot of times, people will never know what they can accomplish unless they take the chance.

You’ve got to take the shot, no matter what people say. No matter who tells you what you can’t do.

At the end of the day, it’s really up to you to decide what you’re capable of accomplishing and how far you’re willing to take it.

I’m glad I didn’t listen to the noise. I took the shot with SVG3, and I’m proud of what we’ve built.

Our community is thriving. Our space is thriving. And we’re going to keep setting the bar for what a facility should be.

Sometimes you just have to bet on yourself. 🏁
