Happy birthday to the legend, captain, coach, the one who wears many hats: @ashleyharber_ . If you don’t know Ashley, you’re missing out, she’s the ultra motivator, the CEO of SOUTHSHORE Performance Training @ssperformancetraining , and she will definitely kick your gluteus maximus into shape; and you’ll keep coming back for more because she’s just that good!! She started her birthday kick off this morning at 5:30 am, coaching the adult class- and I hear the party has just begun (for all of you coming this afternoon to celebrate with her at 4:00 pm & 5:00 pm) 🥳🥳🤩🤩.
Happy Birthday Ashley! We love you 💙💙💙💙💙

It is often said that balance is the key to the many aspects of life. This holds true to athletes in their training. @ssperformancetraining we teach athletes to control their bodies vs gravity - strengthening them and teaching them proper neuromuscular control when they are running, jumping, and changing direction during sports. This translates to more strength, agility, endurance and injury prevention.
Want to know more? Give coach @ashleyharber_ a call @504.885.8994 for additional info about our sports performance programs and scheduling. •

Who doesn’t love a good birthday workout? Eliza’s birthday workout was a blast! At Southshore Performance Training, if it’s your birthday, you pick the workout... Sooooo, coach Eliza chose her rocking abdominal blasting workout and the party favors were sore abs😂😂. Now that’s the gift that keeps on giving. •
A really great workout will make you feel strong, capable, and....well, happy. So, no matter how terrible your presents are, at least you’ll feel great! 🤣😂🤣

Exercise and movement doesn’t have to be a chore. It can be as fun as you make it. Even doing the laundry can be fun if you put on some jamming music and dance around as you fold! Check out this tic tac toe activity our coaches concocted- a new spin on “ladder drills”. These athletes certainly have a competitive drive😂 Our sports performance classes are age appropriate, a great workout and and FUN! Come check out the hype- first class is on us. Summer hours (morning classes) starting in June. See link in bio.
