Reverse Week 1 Recap 🌱

Just a lil glimpse of this past week:
> the tan is fading, slightly more fuel (food) on the meal plan, slightly less cardio, gym sessions with a lil more energy, quality time with loved ones, baking a yummy dessert, enjoying the beautiful weather

Every phase has a purpose.
After months of pushing toward a stage lean physique, the focus now shifts to recovery, performance, and building a stronger foundation for the future.

It can be easy to celebrate the finish line, but growth happens in every phase. Different goal for this period of time, but the same level of commitment remains. Embrace every moment of your journey!

I am incredibly grateful to close out my first season as a figure competitor with an undefeated record and more accomplishments than I could have imagined when I first started this journey.
While I am incredibly proud of the results, what I will remember most is everything that happened beyond the stage. This season has introduced me to a transformed version of me AND so many amazing people who share a passion for growth, discipline, and becoming the best version of themselves. Can't wait to continue supporting those I've connected with and building even more friendships in this community!

I am SO unbelievably grateful for my support system. Truly wouldn't be able to do this without them and the support means the absolute world to me!

To my coach @laurabedson + my boyfriend @quinton_boone + many family and friends who followed along and cheered me on - thank you, "we did it"! I didn't walk this journey alone and every message, conversation, check-in, words of encouragement and accountability helped carry me through the highs and lows of prep ☺️

Now, the focus shifts from getting stage lean and conditioned to rebuilding, recovering, and transitioning into a healthy reverse phase. My goal is to continue taking care of my body with the same intention and discipline that got me to the stage while allowing it the time, fuel, and patience it deserves to recover.
Different goal but same commitment, day by day! 💪🏻

Grateful for the experience, proud of the growth and transformation, and excited for what's next!

Still processing everything from this weekend 🤍

While I am proud of the physical accomplishment, I also want to highlight the mental transformation I went through. Through every challenge, sacrifice, and moment of growth, I discovered a stronger, more confident, disciplined, and grounded woman within myself. This season challenged me in so many ways, but more than anything, it reminded me how important it is to have people around you who believe in you, support you, push you, and help you grow.

To @quinton_boone : thank you for standing beside me through every high and low of this process. Thank you for loving and supporting me through it all - the long exhausting days, the structured protocols and routines, the sacrifices we both made during this prep season, and everything in between. Some of my favorite memories are the little moments we shared along the way - our meals together, trying new energy drinks, fasted cardio Sundays, gym trips, and all the routines that became part of our life together. Those moments reminded me that even while chasing big goals, there is so much beauty in growing together throughout the process. I truly could not have done this without you! 💕

And to my close family and friends : thank you for the constant encouragement, support, and love through every step of this journey. Thank you for believing in me, cheering me on, and supporting a goal that at times probably looked a little crazy from the outside. Thank you for listening, encouraging me when I doubted myself, celebrating the small wins, and believing in me even before I fully believed in myself.

I feel incredibly blessed to have people in my corner who love me so selflessly and support my dreams and goals the way y'all do. This accomplishment means so much to me, but it means even more knowing I had all of you beside me through it!
