Rest in peace, Coach Fareed Samad. 🥊🕊️

One of the very few people I allowed to COACH me, and that word carries a lot of weight with me. You always made me feel like a student, always brought good energy, and always had my respect. You will truly be missed, COACH. 🙏🏾

PUTTING IN WORK AT QUOTE’S JUNGLE 💪🏾🌴

Strength isn’t built overnight. It comes from showing up, staying consistent, and putting in the work rep after rep.

Getting after it in the Jungle and continuing to get stronger. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just WORK.

Welcome to Quote’s Jungle where we train with purpose.

🏈 A lot of people know I train both inside and outside of my facility. It’s OK to hold the pads, but sometimes you have to put on the pads.

The Jungle has never been about four walls. It’s about building a foundation. Strength, discipline, confidence, and character, especially with the kids.

Inside the Jungle or outside of it, the mission stays the same. Build the foundation early and give them something they can carry for life. 💪🏽

The golden standard is what you show, not what you say. Consistency is key. No shortcuts. No quick gimmicks. Just the work, over and over again. 🏆 #intheboothwithquote

🧱 The basics still build the strongest foundation.

One minute in a high plank isn’t about showing off. It’s about control, stability, and staying locked in from start to finish.

Strong doesn’t always look fast. Sometimes it looks like holding your position.

Could you make it the full minute? ⏰

Forearm Plank

⏰ 60 seconds.
No reps.
No shortcuts.
Just a forearm plank and the discipline to stay in it when your body wants to quit.

The timer doesn’t care how you feel. It only tells the truth. ⏰

How long could you hold it?
